They took 5 hours to replace all four tires and they did the minimum of work all the service they claimed they did was wheel balancing, tire air-pressure. It’s common sense that even an inexperience “Mechanic” could replace all tire within 30 min. They dirtied my steering wheel, messed up my visors with their greasy hands. I do understand they do dirty work but customer service is bad. Oscar even laughed at face when I asked for my previous tires back he was very rude. To top it all off they didn’t even had the curtesy to do a check if my brakes are safe to keep using, or if my suspension is safe. If anything happens while I’m driving I will be suing Firestone. Because they really messed up my alignment my steering wheel is now slanted.and one of the tires is still low on pressure

They add "protection services" several times and do not show breakdown until they give final receipt after payment. For me it was 60 dollars just for extras on a single tire that I clearly denied. Nice products, bad sales reps

So disappointed this auto care is the place that i been with more than 15 years, I told them that I need alignment and tire rotation on my car and they told me they did it. Guess what, they didn't my car still go to the side and the tires still in the same place.

Had to downgrade my rating, counter person was RUDE, telling me there was no history of my vehicle, and he even rolled his eyes up. When I asked another employee to speak with the manager he said he is the manager

Friendly, helpful staff! I would highly recommend. Even though I arrived after hours, they stayed open and waited for the tow truck to arrive with my vehicle. They were open and honest about the repairs needed, and they kept my vehicle secure in their garage until I was able to arrange for it to be transported home to Las Vegas. They had great communication with me the entire time. I am very grateful for their assistance.

Awesome work but they sometimes take a long time to finish.
They don’t even give u car back past 2 hours.
And still in same place where u parked it.

I stopped yesterday May 7th to get an oil change for my wife's car and since I didn't schedule an appointment I was told that I had to wait for three hours to get it done so I scheduled an appointment for today Sunday May 8th at 10: 30 am. I got there around 20 minutes before the scheduled time and when I thought that may car was going to get serviced, I was told that I had to wait for an hour and a half. After hour and a half my wife's car wasn't done. I looked through the waiting room window and I saw one of the employees finally taking the car to be serviced. I had to wait for another hour and ten minutes. So disappointed for their service. They wanted to do a wheel alignment which it didn't need because I had it done less than a year ago.

Brian the alignment tech knows what he is doing he corrected the alignment on my SS/1LE the Montebello Chevy dealership and 2 other firestone shops just brushed off and said was within specs (wheels on both axles were off by almost 1 degree a piece but in green). At the very minimum the tech takes pride in his work, the rest of the staff were attentive and took the time to understand my concern. Check this dude out if you have a performance vehicle.

So on January 26 2021 my husband and i took our chevy in to get new tires.
While we were there we decided to just the car maintained. But now the car's dash board is saying there is something wrong with the breaks and there is no traction and serviced is needed

What is it about these places that they guilt you into trying to pay for everything. Can't yall take a break from forcing a credit card and extra payments down someone's throat. Treat people like people, yall straight trying to hustle raza. Shame on you.

Being disable this place always goes above and beyond when I have brought my truck in here for repairs
