Friendly great staff. I showed up for a small issue on my vehicle I didn't have the tools for and Jhonny, the store manager, helped me out on the spot. Outstanding experience. I would return for future auto care.

I took my car here for a brake inspection, waited 3 hours for it, and then was told all my brakes were “nearly metal on metal” and needed to be replaced for over $1200. My brakes didn’t feel worn at all so I took it somewhere else the next day for a second opinion and they showed me the break pads and said the back ones looked brand new and didn’t need anything, and the front ones were only slightly worn. Nothing should have cost near $1200. I felt like they took advantage that I am a young woman. It was so wrong for them to lie to me - I will not be going back here.

I think I should have checked the reviews on this place before I went in there to get a tire fixed. Had a slow leak, figured it was a nail, it was. Instead of just patching the tire they told my caregiver who brought the vehicle in that the whole tire needed to be replaced. Sounded really fishy to me and after checking the reviews I can see why. Don't think I'll be coming back for any reason. Hope the $300 was worth it to your business

G and Marissa went above and beyond to help me out of a tricky situation with my car. Incredibly grateful. This is 100% what customer service is all about.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They we’re able to make a last minute adjustment and kept my appointment time for when I made it which was awesome. Whole appointment took about 1.5 hours including delivery of my tires from another location. Overall very happy with the service and experience. Would definitely go back here in the future.

Left after waiting 1.5 hours after my appointment for an oil change and they had not taken the car into the garage and couldn't tell me when they would get to it. I left.

Do NOT come for services here. I made an appointment here yesterday to get my oil changed, but still waited 3 hours for my car. After 2 hours Carlos comes out to present me with a $900 proposed bill for all the things he says I needed fixed. Two things specifically he told me I should absolutely not leave the lot without fixing right then: he said my front tire had a piece of metal in it and it was unfixable so I would need to buy a new tire and he said my battery failed the test completely and I needed a new battery. I hadn’t had any trouble with my battery and my tire light wasn’t on so I refused all of his $900 charges. When they were finally done with my oil change they put in the most expensive synthetic oil without asking me, but I paid that and left.

Today I made an appointment with Discount Tires across the street and they were amazing. They checked my tire and saw the thing stuck in there but saw it wasn’t leaking and that it didn’t puncture the tire. They tested the tire and were able to fix it free of charge in 20 minutes. Then I went to autozone to get my battery tested and they told me it was perfectly fine and 85% charged and good. This Firestone Tires is a scam and it’s unfortunate that this is how they run their business.

Don't buy the lifetime warranty on your vehicles alignment. It's a scam, just pay the one time fee $100. Instead of $250

Thanks to Eric and staff for helping my daughter in law fix her car with an overheating problem before taking that long trip back to Utah in July.

Decided to ignore the hater-reviews and go here anyways. They served exceptional customer service & i basically love this place now. Johnny & co-workers were all friendly & professional. Great price for my oil change! I realized i’ve been playin myself because it was much cheaper than usual.

Bonus - if u are a 24-hour fitness member this is conveniently located next to a really nice one- you can work out while you wait for your car to be ready.

I received exceptional service from the staff! They were honest, cared about my needs and went above and beyond their line of duties to make my experience with my car repairs smooth and pleasant.

If you have an urgent tire need, these guys are terrible and have no empathy. Very poor service.

Had a blow out and they refused to help all the way from Utah sitting on side of freeway with family. Will never step foot in a Firestone again.

I called in for an oil change (John answered) at the very last minute. I understand it wasn’t a good idea, but why agree if you weren’t going to be able to provide service in the first place? Waste of time

Place is pretty good, took my car here a few times and they manage everything well, very upfront and honest about my car, the manager Johnny is helpful saved me time and money

Came in today and waited 3 hours for one tire to get fixed. Called ahead of time as I could have another location. Never coming back to Firestone again.
