Terrible service, took extra time, and thought they were all that instead of doing maintenance of the car they broke my rear wiper blade mount. The dealer told me that this part never breaks unless someone takes it off with force. When I came to Firestone, I went for a simple oil change but they created a Big problem

Place is trash. Took 2 hours. Car was sitting in the lot for 1 hour and nobody touched it. I was sitting here the whole time.

Even before coming to get the alignment we called and made an appointment and they said it would be quick and there were open to come in.

Within the next hour they just put it up on the rack for 40 minutes wasting my battery and for the last 10 minutes actually worked on it.

A wheel alignment only take 10 minutes.

This place is a joke.

Don't come here they waste your time and lie about how long jobs take.

Always get great service and deals when I come to this establishment

Kinda pricey, the dealer doesn't even charge that much for a oil change. They do a good job, the problem I have is with their time management skills. I mean what's the point in making an appointment if you still have to wait 2 hours, you make one so you won't have to wait.

Had a wonderful experience at Firestone, Raquel was extremely helpful and friendly. When I came in to get my car I was helped by Larry who was just as friendly, keep up the great work!

So far so good Raquel, is taking care of my daughters car she has great service ethics.

THE MANAGER PROMISE ME A RIDE HOME WHILE REPAIRS OR BEING DONE BUT WHEN I GET THERE FOR MY APPT HE SAYS HE CANT SPARE ANYONE BUT THE SERVICE WOULD ONLY TAKE 45 MIN BUT IT ACTUALLY TOOK A FULL 2 HOURS AND 20 MIN I HAD TO SIT AND WAIT DURING COVID PERIOD OF TIME HE BROKE HIS PROMISE TO ME AND PUT ME AT RISK OF CATCHING THE VIRUS

Called & spoke to Rubio who was able to have the Diehard AGM battery I requested transferred to the store. I arrived and one of the mechanics guided me to park my car where they could service it quickly. Rubio greeted me inside the store, took my info, and within 40 minutes my car was ready. A very courteous young lady took all my info and rang me up and I left with such a pleasant experience of interacting with such kind, courteous and professional team of workers. A very satisfied customer. They are loated on Balboa off Devonshire next to the Dollar Store near the LAFD, Wells Fargo Bank and Chase Bank and across the street from Ralph's Market, Sav-ons, Baskin Robins 31 Flavors Ice Cream and the Salvation Army Store in the strip mall center.

Had quite of backed up maintenance done to my car and they did a good job. Bad news, they took literally all day from 9am to 6: 30pm. No repairs or anything just maintenance, oil, filters, wipers, etc. Plus it cost over $700, way too much money especially since the car was gone the whole day

The best customer service ever from Larry! He is friendly, knowledgeable and responds to all your phone calls and questions.

Everyone was very polite and professional, felt like an actual service was provided for me. They even went as far as giving me an invoice for future maintenance I will need.

I can't recommend this shop higher! My car repair quickly turned into a major one and the manager, Larry, went out of his way to keep the costs as low as possible. More than completely satisfied customer here.

My tire light was on so I stopped I realize it's in the morning and it's the busiest time however there was a mechanic named Claudia that seemed to be working all by herself and I mean she was awesome very polite customer service oriented there was one guy inside checking people in and then there was Claudia she was working on somebody's car I needed my air pressure check she was Speedy efficient and if I ever need some car service done I'll go back there because of Claudia

Customers come in without mask and there is no compliance check. There is no point putting notices.

I have been here a few times over the last 3 years, customer service is usually quite slow and wait times for completion of service are long. Normally I am a fan of Firestone (Santa Monica/Venice location was great when I lived out there) but this location doesn't seem to perform as well as it could.

Horrible service. I told the person inside clearly I needed to check all 4 tires for nails because my low tire pressure light came on and he didn't even make eye contact with me and called out in the loud speaker to the techs "tired pressure check" something like that, and I went outside to move my car towards one of the lifts and a tech told me he's just gonna check air pressure and put air if needed. I told the tech that I told the person inside that I needed all 4 tires checked for any nails.the tech said we are busy right now so you have to wait.what horrible lack of communication and customer service!
