First time at this location and the service was superior to other locations I've gone to in the past +20 years. Anywhere between Santa Monica and Yorba Linda (CA).
Definitely coming back to see John. Was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Unprofessional staff.i think his name is John. Would never come back here again and get treated like crab. He is the rudest person Ive ever met. Dont count on the time they promise you, it will be A LOT longer. Thats all I have to say

Honest and great mechanics. If their shop doesn’t have the equipment or technicians to fix your vehicle they will tell you who can or advise on what to do next. I appreciate that they are helpful and mindful of your time and money. Excellent service!

Imagine coming in 3 minutes late and being told you’re 30 minutes late and getting put on hold for an extra 2 hours? John (believe that’s his name) is as rude as they come and has close to no courtesy. Thinks he’s funny and charming but far from it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost. Embarrassing to have to wait as long as you do and then have some guy dictate how much more time you’ll be waiting for. Oh, and be here 15/20 minutes before your appointment time because they have water cooler talk with all the customers and employees and then you’ll be checked in at whatever time they start talking to you. Add in questionable “expertise” for their car knowledge and you’ll be feeling the regret shortly thereafter. DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU!

I came here because it was the only place that had the tires I wanted. The reason I will keep coming back and recommend this place to friends and family is the level of service I received. Let’s just call it a a 5 star experience.

They didn't want to fix my tire and tried to up sales me a new tire. So I went somewhere else. They just lost a customer.

1 st time.very Professional and clean operation shop and Employees. It's now my go to shop for my tires and Auto care needs.

They quote you one price online and they charge you twice of that when you go there. Get a written estimate before you let them work on your car. Their online estimate is to lure you to their shop.

My car started vibrating at brake since I had a new brake pad at firestone in 2020. I revisited them 4~5 times to fix this issue by replacing rotor, doing tire balance, and checking alignment upon their recommendations, but it didn’t get any better.

Absolutely the best Forestone I have been to. They took care of my last minute walk in and had my car ready for long distance travel. Recommend anyone looking for quality car car maintenance to go to this location, hand download. Dillon will take care of you.

Due to pandemic a few months ago i was told they go by appointment that is why i called ahead of time. I could have set up service elsewhere. They use to take vehicles early in the morning if they where fleet vehicles and get them back to you in the afternoon. Last couple of times I have called to bring vehicle in for regular oil service and was told to bring it in. When I get there they tell me that they could not get to it until late afternoon or the next day. I need to leave it over night. Some times i get called out so it is an inconvenience. Why not just tell me to bring it in when they are going to work on it. Waste of time. Last couple of times that I got service I had oil all over driver door panels. Mentioned it to them and it was not a big deal. "I'll let the mechanic know". So disappointed. Gave them 2 stars because they use to be well organized and they use to give good service.

I would say they have TERRIBLE customer service.if they had any to begin with. The staff that answer the phone are rude and complain that they have too much work on their hands already. They don't even bother to LISTEN to the customer and identify their needs. They want to rush you off the phone which is indicative of the work they will RUSH on your car.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I made an appointment to get my tire fixed. An hour after waiting for the tire to be fixed I asked how much longer? They said another 3 hours. Seems like if you make an appointment you would be helped relatively soon after said appointment. No one said it would take 4 hours to fix a tire. Terrible customer service and terrible workmanship. This place gets zero stars from me.

These mf's had me wait 3 hours for an oil change, WITH AN APPOINTMENT. ILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. OH SORRY WE ARE SHORT STAFF, THAT'S NOT MY FAULT. DONT MAKE THE APPOINTMENTS THEN IF YOU ARE SHORT.
