I'm not sure the gentleman who helped me but I think it was David if I'm not mistaken (I'll check k when I go back tomorrow) but he was more than helpful & respectful & very knowledgeable. Definitely will go back and 100% recommend.

I have been a loyal customer to this Firestone since I first moved to SD in 2012.

I had a leaking tire. I took it to this Firestone and they said that my tire had a nail in it. They also said that they couldn't fix it because the sides of the tire had wear and tear on it.then proceeded to try to sell me a $140 tire. I declined because it didn't sound right.

The following day I took my car to a Discount Tire.not only did they confirm there WAS NO wear and tear on the sides but they FIXED MY TIRE FOR FREE.

Looks like my 6 years of loyalty was more like 6 years of being taken advantage of.

What a complete unacceptable way to conduct business. It's no wonder mechanics get a bad reputation, it is because of places like Firestone.

I’ve used Firestone for years: for tires, brakes, and alignments, and they’ve always been good.
This morning Brandon helped me out with tires and some other stuff my poor car needed, and he was fantastic. Got me hooked up with just the services and equipment that I needed, and nothing excessive.
I highly recommend this Firestone location.

Had a 10: 30 appointment and was there for 4 hours. After being there for 4 hours I had one of the workers ask me are you waiting for firestone mind me I had already checked in! Poor Service

Stopped in to get tires pressure checked. Always friendly and professional. Thank you. Will be back

Went in for an oil change but was heavily pressured into a lot more than I initially wanted. Didn't feel good about the add-ons I agreed to, but the place felt worse when I was asked two more times to add more. Also there was a creepy guy that took pictures of me in the lobby.

I had multiple issues and would give this place 0 stars. One of the issues was that the staff didn't give me my key for my rims. I had to go two days later and was given a used key from another customer. The initial issue that I went for was not addressed. I had to go to another place to program the sensor for my tire. In addition, my vehicle stayed the entire day at the shop and no one notified me that it was ready. I had to call and figure out if it was ready. On the way to pick-up my car they called again to inform me that the car was ready. I felt rushed and although it was before 6pm I believe that the staff wanted to leave early. I will NEVER refer anyone to this location or facility.

Very bad company with regard to paying their bills. Think twice before you do business with them always collect payment from them upfront as you will be waiting months to get paid from this company.

My favorite auto care place for the last 4 years.

Great place if you don’t mind wasting you whole day. It took 8 hours to get 4 new tires. Their excuse was they did not have the tires in stock, however they never bothered to update me that it would take an extra SIX hours from the original TWO hour estimate. By the way the tires I needed were nothing rare, they were for a corporate minivan. Go here if you don’t mind being lied to.

Told 40 mins for an oil change and inspection. 3.5 hrs later they return my car only have completed an inspection and no oil change. Then told me they are too busy to actually do the oil change after they messed up.

Just got no satisfaction from manager, or Corp. WAS RIPPED OFF$800.00, FAIL returned in 2 days. I replaced $40.00 power steering hose.
After 17 years of tires and major work, I Will never use Firestone or there product again!

Sandra was a great help! I came in for a tire change and was worried because of how late it was getting. One of my tires popped and I was at a 0psi. Sandra reassured me everything would be okay and that Firestone would be able to take care of it. I did not wait for long before I received my car back with the brand new tire. Thank you so much again Sandra, I appreciate all your help and good service!

Not fast took a while 40 minutes to get a tire replaced after telling me it would only take 5-10 minutes

Great shop! Great work! Nice staff && Military discount! Took our audi here for new brakes and it was way more reasonably priced than the stealership service department Audi down on Miramar road!

Firestone says that they have a $10 service to cover a multi point checklist on vehicles. I went to the location in Pacific Beach and they sent me to the Claremont Location where the manager told me they could schedule me and do the service, and they then showed up the next day for my appointment and then they change their mind and said they could not help me, and then wanted to send me to another fire stone, etc.and so forth. Super lame, waste of time, if you have a sprinter 3500 class C RV do not go to firestone!

I called and described the issue with the temporary patch on my tire needing to be replaced with a permanent patch. They lady said it was not a problem and they could get that taken care of so just bring it in. They weren’t busy and quoted 45 min. An hour and a half later I asked about an update and they had not even taken the car back. Then she said they wouldn’t patch it because it had been plugged with a temporary even though she told me they could replace it when I called. She shrugged and said yeah, sorry. That’s Firestone policy. I reminded her of the conversation we had on the phone and that she should have told me when I called. She just said oh, yeah sorry about that. After wasting my morning, she and the mechanic were laughing as they watched me drive off. It was a pretty gross and rude experience. Save your money and go somewhere that will pay attention to your needs as a customer.

I bought I bought four brand new tires for my car less than a month ago and I'm here now because I woke up and there's a flat and they're charging me to replace it this is ridiculous I just bought four brand new tires.
So the story continues I bought the four brand new tires I came back to replace the one that was flat after a month that they charged me for so they replaced it I paid them and now I'm here two days later waiting for another replacement tire on the same wheel of my car and they just took the tire off and I've been sitting here for a good half-hour already instead of them just changing it immediately to satisfy a very upset customer

I got my oil changed at the other Firestone right next to this one. They claimed to get the job done within 4 hours while it actually take them 6hours to get the job done. They give me a discount for delay. I am fine with that. However, when I get home, the oil over fill light came up. After a week, I call the store and no one answer the phone so I call this store instead and made an appointment. Over the phone, the lady told me that I don’t need to wait if I make an appointment and they will get the job done right away. The other day when I came to the store, the guy in the store told me that they will get it done within 3-4 hours which is not consistent to what the lady told me on the phone. I argue with him about the time and he told me he will get it done within an hour. I waited in the store for over 40mins and my car was still parked under the sun. I ask the assistant why they didn’t start working on it yet and how long do I need to wait. She told me she is not sure and probably gonna be a couple of hours and explain how oil change work and draining can take 15 mins. Jesus, I know how oil change work! Maximum 20mins if your mechanics are well trained. Come on, you made me promises and breach it. They even tried to let me go back to the other store. You are chain stores! It’s not ok to push the responsibility around. When I came back to the store again because you guys made a mistake, it is your duty to get the problem fixed ASAP.

Really nice and friendly staff, they were able to get my Jeep aligned and riding smooth again very quickly
