I stop at this location around 830 am to ask for service on a tire that was loosing air. The guy told me that it will delay for a couple of hours. According to him he was very busy. I say to him that I will return due to a appointment i had. I didn't think that checking on a tire. Will delay to long. My tire was not getting flat fast because I fill it with air the night before. So I went to my appointment. I came back and i talk to the person I see the office counter. She was too serious no motivation straight to the point person. I told her the situation.the young mechanic spot the nail that was in the tire. He check all thee tires. She told me that I have to replace the tire because they do not work on this types of damage nails. To make this case short. My tire can hold air so I travel to my mechanic in orange county. He took a look at the tire and he say no problem we can fix it. I went and have breakfast because of the appointment i had.an hour later my car tire was fix free of charge. I gave him a tip so he can treat his mechanism to lunch. The bottom line is that your store did not do a good job on serving me for this matter. They wanted to push for a sale. These are times that you have to think how to service clients rather that how to shine it in their thought to make a sale. I have visit your store in the pass and this time I felt that they did not do the job.
