They find what is wrong with my car and give me an estimate which is also what other places do but they don't push for me to do it right away or do It here. I switched my auto/tire needs to Firestone after a co worker’s recommendation. Both services have been great. Today’s visit was no exception. They recommended what was best for my car and was taken care of right away. Even though Saturdays can be busy, everything was taken care of in a timely matter and most importantly a great attitude. Very expensive. Little fees for everything. Valve stems are included at most shops. Firestone charges huge fees for most items.

Used an on-line tire warehouse to ship tires for local delivery and installation. Used this location several times for auto repair services other than tire repairs. My only concern is they dont have a linked nationwide system to provide them accurate information about repairs done at other locations.

Service was great they took me in as a walk-in and serviced my vehicle accordingly did not have a long wait at all

The people who worked here are literal angels. I’m driving on a road trip from Portland to ventura and my car died at a gas station in Salinas and they saved me. Not only did they take me in right at their cut off but they were so helpful and kind. They installed a new battery. I hope they all get raises for amazing and kind customer service.
