When it comes to recognized country wide auto shops Firestone is one of the better honest. Reasonable prices, honest and reliable. They won’t try to charge you an arm and a leg, and they are not going to try and upsell you something you don’t need.

I took my car in for service. BJ is a really nice guy, and is a hard worker. He even gave me a discount without me even asking. They took great care of my vehicle and returned it to me nice and clean without and grease on the interior. I'll be taking my vehicles here for service from now on.

When I arrived it was very busy but Christina and Joe were able to get the parts to fix my car quickly so that I would have a drivable vehicle. My headlights, which had been recently replaced at another Firestone location had already blown out and I was basically at the mercy of their ability to squeeze me in. I’m so grateful to them both for making time and getting me back on the road!

Great location! We always bring our vehicles to Firestone. BJ does a wonderful job and is honest.

Awesome customer service. I’ve been taking my car to that location for 2 years now and will continue. Wait time for a oil change was not long.

I arrived at 5: 30 pm it closes at 6: 00 pm, the lazy manager and workers I assume, wouldn’t help me sent me on a wild goose chase only to circle around and end up flat at Firestone parking lot, I heavily encourage NOt to use Firestone ever!

Absolutely horrible management has zero problem solving abilities, can't think outside the box or delegate. I will be taking my business and everyone I know business to a completely different manufacturer and company.

If you are looking to have your vehicle serviced here, look somewhere else. It is way beyond ridiculous for me to make an appointment for 9 AM! AND still not be seen yet by NOON! If you value time and money, go somewhere else and find a more competent vehicle service location.

My tires were out of balance because there was mud stuck from the rain. $1 at the car wash fixed that. But supposedly my tires had cupping and I needed 4 brand new tires, balancing and an alignment on their special credit card. I’m A well known General Contractor in Redlands and will tell all of my customers not to come here! Oh ya and supposedly they checked my tire pressure with the paper they gave me. They came out in the 30s but if you look at my pictures they’re all 40-42 because I aired them myself yesterday. Scammmers and liars! Arian helped me and the manager tried to scam me. I’ll call corporate in the morning!

Overall Good service and prices but my appt was at 10: 30 and my car didn’t get taken until 11: 20 and I just have two minor complaints. When the guy got into my car to take it to the back he drove it off a little too fast for my liking and when him or a new guy pulled it in they bumped the curb a bit. It’s not the end of the world but please be a little more courteous with other peoples cars.

Prices are way to high, I toke my car in for 1 problem it was having then when I got my car back it had a whole new problem that it didn't have when I bought it to them, at which point they wanted over $1000 to fix it charging over 5x the price of the parts and up charging the labor.

I have never had a bad experience here. Always check their website for promotions to shave off some $$$ on your final invoice.

TLDR - Utterly disappointed experience. Totally unprofessional.
Part 1 - I had dropped my car off on Tuesday for a check up and the rep called me an hour later and said they diagnosed something wrong with the axle and it had to be replaced. They went ahead and replaced it and I took my car back that afternoon. On Saturday afternoon, while on the freeway, my car stopped responding to the acceleration all of a sudden. Luckily I was able to get to the right side shoulder. Gave Firestone a call and they said if I could get my vehicle towed to their shop, they could fix it. Got there by 5: 30 pm and dropped it off. Part 2 - gave them a call next day at 12pm and then again at 3pm to check on the status of my car. Both times they told me they will give me a call when the vehicle is ready. Called again at 4: 45pm they hung up on me. Called back at 5: 15pm they told me the vehicle is ready and should be picked up by 5: 30pm cause they were about to close. I live in Beaumont and would have to take an Uber to get there. Finally picked the car on Monday and when I asked what went wrong, their response was that they have not charged me this time. As if it was a favor.

Update - I had to eventually sell my car as I lost confidence in driving it. I emailed this whole incident to the corporate email address posted as reply to this review. I have not heard anything back until now. 10 days and counting.

Store Manager Bj is Awesome! Even though they short staffed, service was very thorough and in a timely matter. Wouldn't go anywhere else and Highly Recommended! / Now fully staffed and still great service! BJ and his staff our Awesome!

I made an appointment for my breaks. Came in two days sooner because my brake lamp light came on the dash. They told me that in order to get the brake light off they would have to replace my entire break system for $2000 dollars and that my car was unsafe to drive. Instead I took my car home, my husband replaced my breaks, they were fine, still had time on them. He replaced my break light bulbs and the issue went away. I won’t trust them again with my car. My father has his brake certification and took care of my brake for years. These guys either don’t know what they’re doing or they’re crooks.

The only major problem that I experienced was the technician, who worked on fixing my break light! He was unable to put my tail-light cover back on correctly, and while trying to put a piece on, he broke my tail-light! Don't think I'll be coming back!
