Sure they try to Up sell you- but unless you have a clue about car maintenance better to let the pros who handle it all day make the assessments - they are a business at the end of the day trying to make numbers! Give ‘em a break! These guys are awesome

I'm front out of town had a warranty and they gave me every excuse not to fix or even check my vehicle out, and this was the so called manager on 09/01/2023!

AWFUL WORK.
Took car to have breaks inspected, according to them breaks were good but needed adjustment. They supposedly adjusted them and about two weeks later the car started making a noise by the front tire and when I checked it, the break pad was loose (VERY DANGEROUS). Besides the fact the quoted 2-3 hours and returned my car 4.5 hours later they didn't do a good job. THEY ONLY HAD ONE JOB, AND THEY SCREW UP!
Will see if they make it right or make excuses and try to charge me for something else. Will update Ina couple of weeks.
UPDATE:
As expected, they said they didn't work on that piece that broke (which is part of the breakes), they said it already came like that. The break was hanging because the piece that holds it to the vehicle was broken. They asked me to pay for a new piece and they would replece for free. WORST MECHANICS and "Manager" EVER, they ended up sending me to a diferent Firestone to take care of my vehicle. DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL.

Customer service from Cody was good, went in for an alignment and tire rotation, and now my steering wheel has to turn to the left so I can go straight, doesn't seem normal. This is an edit because the service writer was a nice guy

Good location. Staff is very friendly and polite, I took my car without an appointment and they still service my car.

I drive south from San Clemente because I prefer the Oceanside dealer. I had a recommendation from a friend several years ago and he wasn’t wrong. My only concern with being honest on the review is that if everybody else finds out how good they are the staff will be so booked I’ll never be able to get another appointment. They have a fast, friendly and efficient shop with a large waiting area equipped with plenty of sports channel if you feel like hanging out, but my favorite part is the coffee shops nearby. Then a staff member will call you when your car is ready for pick up. Too easy.

Great service. Very upfront with pricing and tire selection. Cody helped me out with everything and was great. Price was better than the dealership by far. Will be back with my other car

Cody was awesome. We are here visiting and our splash shield was giving us issues. He got us in and out within 10 minutes, positive energy and overall fantastic experience in an otherwise potential stressful one. Thank you again Cody, we really appreciate you!

Personally, I had awesome service from Daniel at this Firestone (and I've had bad ones at other locations from Firestone.so he definitely is why I'll stick with this one here). I got fast booking on tire rotation and oil change, great price, and no lollygagging with my time. 100% happy and will return again.

Cody was amazing and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car. Will worked on my car and did a great job! He told me everything I needed. Johnny the manager was honest and had my car done quick, plus told me step by step what needed to be done! Thanks guys!

I set up an appointment a few days in advance, showed up on time and was told the job would be about 3 hours. I show up 3 hours later to pick up my truck and they hadn’t even started yet and told me it would be done at the end of the day. Some of us have lives and schedules to keep.
