Incredibly rude service.

The car dealership where we bought our car referred us to Firestone to have the breaks repaired on a 2015 Toyota RAV4. Firestone quoted us $700, to which we let them know we had Silverrock warranty as the car dealership had explained to them.

Firestone did not want to work with us at all, and didn't want to respond to the requests for information from Silverrock. When we called them to ask for the status, they were SO rude and told us we weren't their client, and that they did not want to hassle with sending pictures or dealing with Silverrock. We even got them a list of the pictures they needed, but pretty much told us to stop bothering them.

Pepboys also work with Silverrock and they told us they are happy to talk with the warranty and will help us out with pictures. Never going to Firestone ever in my life!

Had a flat tire and wanted to see if Manny and his team could fix it. Unfortunately, where the hole was it could not be fixed, but since I bought the tire there, they prorated the difference and got me out within an hour. I am a loyal customer for life.

I did an oil change here. After they did the oil change, I checked the oil level and the oil level was way down close to the minimum level on the dip stick.it was short by over a quart. They claim they added 4.2 quarts of oil. If they did add 4.2 quart, where did the missing quart of oil go? They proceeded to top up the oil and the oil level didn't reach the max level on the drip stick. When I asked them to fill it to the top, they refused. All the other Firestone service center I have been to will fill it to the max level. Very poor service.

Fast trustworthy.never oversell.recommend what could be done.will prioritize recommended service in order of importance to safety and life of vehicle.

I walked in within an hour of this location closing. The entire staff were welcoming, professional and extremely efficient. I purchased 2 rear tires, a lifetime alignment. They installed and balanced my tires seamlessly before closing. Excellent Experience!

The manager Junior is nothing but a drunk and an abusive father. All the workers drink on the job. They have a fridge in the back full of alcohol. Overall not a good place to go to. Always trying to cover up there mishaps but people need to know the funny business that goes on here.

Had my oil changed on 5/2/23 (NOTE) this happened at the - El Norte Parkway location. I checked my oil after the oil change a few days after and noticed that it was over filled by alot. I guess I should of checked it before I left the business. I had to make another appointment to get my oil level lowered so I didn't have engine failure. The customer service is questionable only because the manager stated 1 thing and the tech that changed my oil said a different thing. So for the foreseeable future I would not recommend you go to this mechanic because someone had lied to me about what had happened about my oil change being over filled. 1 star is being nice. Wish I could have been treated like they wanted more business.

Had an appointment. Was late 10 minutes. Had to wait 1.5 hours for them to work on my car. Probably going back to other branches for alignment and any other services I'll need. (Already paid for lifetime alignment.)

This Firestone Auto Care at 433 Ash St. Escondido was an extremely great experience for my alignment needs. Service manager, Manny, and Technician, Gabe were so helpful with information and work done. Completed earlier than quoted, and quicker than I expected. Very professional. Would use again.

Never had a problem here. Have taken my cars here. A lowered vehicle might be hard. My Jeep is lifted and was no problem. They are fast, friendly, and easy to schedule with.

When I went into inquire about services on my car, the person at the counter was on the phone. He saw me and said that he would be with me in a minute. So I gestured to him that I would be right outside the glass door. I stood there for a moment and somebody walked in. I immediately walked in behind that person and the man at the counter asked him how he can help him. Hello? What about me? He even looked at me for asking other guys he could help him. I was there first and he saw me standing there the entire time! What am I chopped liver? I'm going somewhere else, my money is just as important as the next guys.

Took my friend there as their car needed service. The reps were attentive, explained the necessary work, offered solutions, and completed the work in a timely manner. I recommend them.

Got new tires and our alignment was terrible but thanks to the guys at firestone, our jeep drives like a dream.
