I came in because tire pressure lite went on. Big O tires ssid Id have to wait 90 minutes. This FIRESTONE DID IT RIGHT AWAY, and told there was no flat or leak just tire pressure was too high!

Too much of a wait before anyone speaks to you they're very busy gentleman that work there were very polite and knowledgeable they impressed me but when it came to the price I just thought it was too much money so I took my car elsewhere

Not professional and they seemed shady. Still had the tires replaced but not an enjoyable experience.

I didn't use their services, because they were honest and directed me to go to my dealer and push my warranty. Now that is customer service, I will be back.

This place is horrible. I don’t recommend anyone to come here. They will always talk you into something that needs to be done but actually it is not needed nor mandatory. I got an appointment and i have been waiting 3 hr and my car is not in the shop yet and the employees say that it will only take 10 min and they will work on it. Disappointed!

They did a number of service jobs literally from one end of my truck to the other in about three hours while I was working. I had told them "I need my truck TODAY".

Always good service here. I think one of the best things about Firestone is there credit line to help with any unexpected mechanical needs or tires.

Incompetent staff and ignorant manager, they strip my oil pan and tried to charge me $600 to fix it, it's new car and never had problem changing the oil. Then they just fixed it with an oversized bolt. Totally unprofessional

They like to just give me a full list about what's wrong with my car. I always work on my car so I know what needs to be done so I know they were just feeding me lies. Plus I walked outside to see how they were checking my car.guess what I saw.they gave me that whole list of B. S but looking at the underside of my car with a flash light and that's it. They didn't actually check anything they just looked at it. Complete scam! Do not go! Go to Orange Olive Garage. It is a mom and pop type of garage. Always takes care of u and is much much cheaper.

Outstanding service and professionalism. After having a bad experience at Sears, we went to Firestone and they took great care of us. Only took a second to get help for battery replacement and work was done within about a half hour. Highly recommended!

Can I rate it a negative star? Horrible in every possible way. They pretty much don't want to help you at all. I went in and there was not one car, being worked on and they said they were booked and an oil change would take over an hour and they could not help. Also, they only do by appointment only? Ugh, the worse service.
