Firestone Complete Auto Care

Not Honest.
Went in for tire alignment to get 2nd opinion, from another Firestone complete auto service.
I asked employe who picked up phone to instruct mechanic to give a basic inspecting of my van.
When I arrived back to Firestone
They here's your keys, we performed the alignment.
I asked did you see anything unusual.
The person in charge said that I had to pay $50.00
I mentioned to him don't you normally inspect the cars that your about to service so the customer should know if anything else need to be replaced.
He replied o yeah. I'm pretty sure they inspected it but there's nothing wrong with your van.
Ok then, may I have the specifics of what your mechanic adjusted.
The person in charge said ooo.
We don't have any documentation
About any specks.
Or any calibrations from your van.
Then I left.
I'll make sure if any body goes to this Firestone make sure to tell the person in charge to check your car and be for you leave test your vehicle test drive to make sure isnt making noise,

Worst customer service, including sighs and eye rolls. Don't go here. I left and came to the one in Upland which is FANTASTIC! I'd give the Upland one 8 out 5 stars!

Had appt then was told mechanic wouldnt b in till next day then returned next day I had no appt even though I was told 2 return

The prices were great. I looked around and was satisfied with the price I was quoted. I was extremely satisfied with the work done. The customer service was exceptional, extremely friendly & polite l. My new one stop auto shop:)

Third bad experience at at Firestone. This location is Rude/lazy/unknowledgeable.
Only went due to tire warranty thru Bridgestone. Which they know very little about. America's Tire took care of my issue with no problem.

Prices high but work is good.they did a job that no one else would or could do.they were very frendly.

Promise by management they have 2 tires now and ship 2 more by 2nd day.did not happen as promised.

I was referred to by mike from Mj barber shop. Customer service was great as soon as I walked in the door. They provided me with a free code check from my check engine light. I was schedule for an appointment next day at 8am. Throughout the process they were very clear, and make me confident and taking my car there. Will be doing so again if needed!

Very honest! My car had an oil leak. After checking it out, they said it was very simple to fix - so they took care of the leak for free! They could have easily told me any story, charged me a lot of money and I would have believed them! Thank you Firestone for being so honest! Very friendly staff too!

Came here in a bit of an emergency needed a tire repaired I was told that they were much too busy to take care of a tire and if I wanted to leave my truck they could have it back to me the next afternoon I expressed to him that I was in a bit of a rush and needed it done that day they told me they would not be able to accommodate me but did refer me to another shop down the street American Tires where they took very good care of me

I damaged my front two valve stems in February and had the location in Montclair replace them. Just a couple days ago, both valve stems started leaking again. I took my car back to them, and it took them almost 2 hours to change them, with an appointment. My car was sitting on the lift for an hour with both tires still on before they decided to do anything. When I asked why they might be leaking again I got a very vague answer and the subject was quickly turned.

I bought my tires here excellent warranty. Courteous staff very helpful. Appointment is recommended.

Poor service. Came in to get 1 tire put on and we are still here 2 1/2 hours later? America's tires is way better!

I was just a walk in and even tho it took a few hours, I got the answers to the problem and got my tiers roiling.

Had an appointment at 1: 00pm and still here for a standard tire rotation and balance. Its 2: 30pm. Service is really bad here. I will never purchase another set of tires here. Under staff and bad organization here. Never ever will I recommend this Firestone location. American tires down the street lives up to there word when u make appointment. In and out right away.

Check engine light on, part ordered and replaced. Check engine light on again! Not a good look on service integrity. I really don't want to go back! Ugh!

I changed all five tires (extra) it turned out they didn't have all five tires, left my extra and been driving without it for two weeks with out it! I was supposed to get a call back and it never happened! I called and they were like im sorry dont know what happened. Will never go there again!
