Firestone Complete Auto Care

Unlike the West Sacramento Firestone, this one keeps my wife and I coming back to Firestone. We live right next to the one in West Sacramento and drive the half hour just to avoid that one. Each time we go there, they are very honest. The gentlemen named Ty is extremely helpful at the front of house. I do not recall anyone in the back by name however, they always seem to get the job done. I would not recommend the one in West Sacramento. The one in North Highlands is great, even though its in a "not so pretty neighborhood".

I went to Firestone and they tried to upcharge me to a total of $1,884.00. I went to Pepboys and I am getting the same service for less than $600.00. Don't trust Singh. Period.

This is a return visit for a mistake made by one of their shop employees.completely unsatisfied with management and employees.this location is in severe need of severe cleaning and the employees and management could use a refresher course in customer service and training on if somebody makes an appointment, have all four tires that should have been ordered there and ready to go.so that the customer doesn't show up for his appointment at 2 pm, but doesn't get to leave until 5: 20pm.then still have an issue with one of the wheel weights flying off and hitting my mirror and windshield. Having to get a room for the night because we couldn't drive on the freeway with my front tires unbalanced. I will say Firestone all ways has the lowest and best prices and brands they sell.unfortunately this was my first s*** experience with Firestone in fifteen years.

Did an outstanding job replacing my punctured tire, with the brand new tire, and balanced. Excellent staff with excellent customer service and I would always go back for repairs.

I took my car for a tire rotation and the technician ISAIAH treated me really bad bc l didn’t want to buy new tires or put a new brakes, l just wanted to share my bad experience with Firestone located in watt ave.

Mark helped me out tremendously. I went everywhere for a simple fix and Mark made it happen. I own JunkBeast and will recommend all my trucks come here for now on.

Nothing but a bunch of crooks. I have been to this business twice and will not be going back ever. $160 for front end aliment. The last time went in for another aliment and they said it couldn't be done, so I left and went to Les Swabb, while waring for them to service the truck I noticed that the Firestone mechanic did not put the bolt back and had just left it on the frame. Kind of dangerous as well as lazy. I would not recommend you take your vehicle to this place.

These guys tore the door off my car during a tires install but I forgave. Then they voided my warranty by misreporting my mileage at 151,000 when its actually 60,000. Complete disregard for the harm done by INCOMPETENCY or coming to work high. Hilton will be answering to this in court.

Called to get some work done, they said come on in were still open, I get there and they tell me to come back tomorrow. They could have worked on my car but they didn't "feel" like it. They just want to go home and not care about customers that need something done asap. I work everyday and am off at 5: 00, they close at 6. If I'm at your place of business before closing time, I expect service. Will not be going here

Automotive technicians here have never done me wrong. They speak to me with respect and are understanding of my budget. Free wifi, just ask for password. Firestone offers credit cards if you're so inclined, and send out coupons often.

Came in on a day they was busy. So i decided just make a appointment for another day. Came for my appointment.and had to wait 30 min to get my car even pulled in.because i complained.and all i ordered was a simple oil changed.and im still waiting its beeb almost a hour since i made a appointment. And its still not done I wouldn't never come back here they need to get tgey appointment times in order and i have work in 30 mins!

Always a great experience when I take my vehicles in. They can be very busy sometimes, probably cause they have outstanding customer service! I’ll always return to this location wether it’s a simple oil change or strange noises coming from my vehicle. Thanks guys!

I have been using them for years. They do quality work and have always taken excellent care of us and our cars!

Mark the front desk guy was quick and efficient with helping me with my companies truck.we are a local business and every moment we are not working we are losing valuable time.took a uber home got a call later with diagnostic gave a fair price front desk said give me a few and had me back on the road same day.great turn around in my opinion. Went there for oil change I was quoted 1.5 hrs waiting time after 3 hours my car was done I got a discount on the bill but I lost half of my day waiting.

I had bad news with my car, but the staff and service was top notch. They actually seemed to care and give me personal service. It's hard to find mechanics that you can trust these days and seem to have your best interest while still being qualified. Mike is awesome. Lobby has phone chargers, wifi, TV, and comfy chairs.

If you don't make an appointment ahead you might wait for a while, like I did, but their service is awesome.

I had bad experience today. I live my car for oil change and they promised me will done before 10 am.next day! But they not do anything when I come to pickup at 10: 15 am.and start work at 11: 00 am! Oh No!
Just want to recommend who bring the car to this shop you need to stay! And waiting they don’t worry what they promise!
