Firestone Walker Brewing Company, Buellton CA

Took a party of 7 to Firestone Walkers brewery for a late lunch at 330pm on a Thursday. They were setting up for a few events later in the evening but let us go to the barrel room for some privacy and even smash some tables together to make a spot big enough for us. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was awesome.

The burger was great, but the two stars of the meal were the beer flights and the blueberry crumble dessert. I got the mozzarella, bacon fig jam, burger with arugula and it was a unique flavor combo that absolutely worked. Everyone really enjoyed their food, but that cast iron cooked blueberry crumble was just a banger. Highly recommend. If I'm ever back nearby I'm going to try the fish and chips.

Great food, I've tried a lot of their menu and I really enjoy their Tri Tip Sandwich. Service is great, beer selection is good, and so is the atmosphere.

Tasty food, staff is friendly and speed of service varies. Just my luck that the couple times when I've place a pick up order, something is missing. Today it was 2 kids drinks.

Have eaten there two nights in a row. Absolutely outstanding. Try the caliwestern burger, probably the best burger I have had anywhere in my travels. Great service and friendly efficient staff.

The staff couldn't care less about the customers. We had to search for someone to seat us at a table. Then we sat for 15 minutes with no one serving us. Then we went looking for someone to serve us, to no avail. Then we left. Unbelievable. They don't care whether you stay or go.

Excellent beer and the food is awesome! Had the Bahn Mi sammich and fish and chips, both were excellent.beer from their taps hits better, delish

You will be waiting ar least 20 minutes for your drink or just to check out. Their kegs have needed replacing the past 3 times I've gone and ended up waiting those 20 minutes just to get it and pay. Every time. Every damn time, you will be waiting. I just can't do this place anymore

My wife and I went here today since we've been longtime fans of Firestone's beer and were in the area on a road trip. While the beer was predictably great, everything else during our lunch was definitely lacking. Service was incredibly slow despite a mostly empty restaurant, and at one point our server was talking over the bartender who was explaining our beer selection. And while my wife enjoyed the drunken shrimp, my smash burger was overcooked and overflowing with sauce and runny cheese. It was easily one of the messiest things I've ever been served. To round things out, it took forever to get somebody to clear our table and bring a check.

I stopped in to have a little birthday lunch (being a local), hoping my experience would be better than the last 4 we’ve had here (wanting to give more chances, Incase it was a rare bad night). I should have known from the start that it would end up as bad as the others…. First off, I was the first person at the Host check-in inside the front door, but instead of the hostess asking me if I was first, she asked the 2 guys who came in after me who were standing further inside the waiting area (not near their check-in location. Then after I was seated (at a booth next to the same guys who got seated ahead of me), the waitress passed by me saying she would be right with me as she stopped to take the orders of the 2 guys in that next booth. Once I did get the $20 fish and chips I ordered, I noticed that the 4 small pieces of fish were quite small compared to how they’ve previously served this meal, and the steak fries were lukewarm at best!

We’d been going quite a bit during the later Covid era when there was not much staff, they had the previous menu that had better options on it with lower prices, and supported them during those difficult times. Now it appears they’ve raised the prices a lot more, rehired more staff that seem to still take quite some time before checking back in throughout the meal, taken away some of the better food items that they used to have, and overall seem to give such a lackluster quality with higher prices.

Time to give up on this local spot as they seem to only care about catering to tourists who won’t usually be back like locals will. They don’t deserve our hard earned money any longer, after many chances.

Food here is consistently good. Nice to pair with beer sampler. The Brewmaster pizza was awesome.

Marco is the BEST! Recommends the best drinks and food! All of the staff is amazing I drive 30min to eat here. It's totally worth it EVERY TIME!

One of the best breweries I have been to in SoCal. The place is massive with plenty of seating, even if the brewery is packed you still would not feel as if it was. The food was surprisingly delicious. We had the bbq pizza and chicken wings. Definitely my favorite I've had in any brewery. The beer selection is good they have local craft beers as well as beers from different breweries in California. They also have a beer flight option so you can choose from a variety of selection. They even have a merchandise shop in the building that sells everything from sweaters to bottle openers and even beer to go. The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly and attentive. I will definitely be visiting this place again when I am back in town.

Went to Firestone Walker Brewing for the first time on Thursday 8/10/20. We picked up our allocation, and had a delicious meal and of course a glass of beer. I recommend the Juicy Remains. The service was good, the people friendly and the atmosphere fun. Go Firestone Walker!

One of my favorite brewers, wife and I are in town super happy we stopped by. We sat at the bar where Alex helped us out. Alex was awesome, made our experience memorable.
