Kathleen, Catherine, Dawn have been absolutely amazing to work! By far the best team that I have ever worked with.

Complete lack of communication. Zero customer service.

Closing was delayed due to printing, "wet" signing, and mailing documents that were already electronically signed. Unfortunate, but we were willing to overlook as companies are adapting to new ways of working online post-COVID.

Two months after closing we find out that they sent a payment to the wrong insurance company on our behalf. Assumed zero responsibility which required us to facilitate the refund process to get the correct company paid.

Sure. Accidents happen. However our entire experience with First American Title Company was deplorable.
