2They sold us a two pack of poor quality hair, at least initially it looks good and then when I got it to the hairdresser, she said no these ends are very bad. She went back to them according to their policy, and they refuse to exchange it swearing to her that they would work fine. The hair knotted up and became like a rats nest immediately after placing it we went back to get a refund and they refused to refund or replace the hair. I think it’s a terrible store with no credibility and no ethics and I wouldn’t advise anyone buying anything from them.
This place of business is no good the lady is very rude and unprofessional once was double charge for some hair and once arrived one time during business hours during the week and no one came to assist and the sign said open but no sign to say out to lunch on break will return nothing there also a sign that’s say ring door bell and still nothing it’s things like this that makes business look terrible my overall opinion customer service is not good
