I ordered 4 white polo shirts, I was charged for them and received them & two of the shirts had dark colored spots on them. I called to get replacements and they sent me two more white polos & one of the two replacements had spots AGAIN. I called them back to find out why I cannot get shirts without spots & Steven in sales / returns tells me I have to return the other 3 damaged shirts before I can get another replacement. It’s not my responsibility, I paid for 4 shirts and I can only use 3 shirts cause they Sent me defective shirts. They also re-invoiced me for the replacements & told me I’ll be charged if I don’t return the defective shirts. I’ll dispute the charges if they re-bill me & ive never dealt with such an incompetent company. They are not first class, they should be named LAST CLASS! I’m furious on how I was dealt with with their customer support.

I'll definitely shop here again. I ordered a jacket & pair of size 10 boots. When the order arrived, I noticed one if the boots was size 9. I contacted the company who then immediately sent me a new pair of boots and allowed me to keep the old orginal pair as well. Because I'm Canadian, I didn't qualify for free shipping so I was given $20 off my order.
