5Roman's review seems to be accurate. Unfortunately we had the owner try to lock the pool area 30 minutes early and made a security report to our apartment manager. Luckily our management was understanding of the situation, but this type of behavior could have lead to all of us tenants being penalized.

Leagues ahead of the *other* large corporate security companies that only ask for the ability to read and a pulse. This company will definitely not disappoint!
Amazing security company. Andrew is a former police officer and his company shows that professionalism. He goes above beyond what I expected and am very happy and feel safe with Andrew and First Defense Protection Services. Highly recommend them.
