First Impression Dental Fresno

My experience was very pleasant from the moment I opened the door. The beautiful nature and professionalism of each person was amazing. It really made me feel connected and assured that this is the place I want to call my dental “home”. Thank you to all the staff and Dentist for providing a place that is comfortable and thorough!

I was looking for a new place for dental care after recently becoming unhappy with my previous provider of the last 10+ years. With this first visit I can already tell I found the right place for the next 10+ years. From the start there was more attention to detail than I have ever experienced with my prior provider, along with a greater depth of explanation during cleaning and future needed care, I did not leave the office confused about what just happened and why. If you are looking for better oral care, the team here is very professional, passionate, and knowledgeable about all things dental and oral related. Highly recommend!

I have so much phobia of dentist, but as soon as i walked in the office, i was greeted kindly Dr Lent listened to my concerns and truly made me feel so relaxed. He has great staff the office is very beautiful and clean. I found my new dentist

Finally a dentist I can trust. He actually cares and gives advice and care plan specifically tailored to your lifestyle and needs.
At first I came in with an emergency, they were the only ones that pulled through, out of 5 places I called for help. I had a performance I had to do and a front tooth cracked off at the gum. I was distraught and he helped me days before the show. After this fix I got work done someplace else where someone recommended. Huge regret.
I have returned to Doctor Lent because he takes the time to explain in detail. He knows what he's doing. He's honest even when it stings but I appreciate truth. I have so much work that I need but didn't want to face it at first. He really has helped me so much.
Also the rest of the staff is awesome too. The whole place is a vibe and is the only place I go to now. Will recommend to all my family and friends.

This was by far the best dental experience I ever had in my life. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by the kind receptionist and given a tour of the office and offered a complimentary beverage. Only a few minutes later I started my exam that went above and beyond anything I've experienced before. Then, the Dr. Lent spent his time and walked me through a treatment plan and answered all of my questions. Then the DH worked on my teeth and the different was night and day. I am so appreciative of the entire staff for their sincerity in their work. I felt like I been there many times despite it being my first visit. I recommend this office; you won't find a better practice; guaranteed.

The best experience ever in a dental office. I was greeted warmly by name the moment I walked in for the first time. The office staff was amazingly kind. Dr. Lent was knowledgeable, thorough, and very down to earth. I was surprised by the photos but later thankful that I was able to see a full view of every tooth in my mouth. I was given a complete, comprehensive explanation of what each tooth needed for care. I can’t express my gratitude more for the wonderful experience I had.

Thank you Doctor Lent for making my visit controllable, I don't have to have a nervous and have a breakdown like i always do, I know i snore on my visit's but i don't remember if i did. LoL, Thank you again.

I called all over town for a dentist who treats TMJ with a specific device. This office CAN make that device. I showed up, the staff was nice. Unfortunately, this office has proved to be another office that doesn’t listen to their patients. I explicitly requested a specific device, which I’m willing to pay over $2,000.00 for just to try it. I expressed I have tried everything to fix this problem and wanted to give this specific device a try. TMJ has been sucking the life from me for 16 years.

The dentist wants to put me on the same 1,2,3’s I’ve already done. Sleep studies and mouth guards. This will do nothing to stabilize my joint and get this into the right place. I honestly don’t have two weeks to wait to figure out what I’ve already figured from prior sleep studies. I am constantly suffering a nightmare. I was willing to take a loss if the repositioning splint I asked for didn’t work, but I at least wanted to try that before going for surgery. He immediately mentioned his recommendation before even checking my mouth and even after seeing that my jaw clicks stuck by his initial assessment.

I just wish patients would be heard. I had to take off work and everything for this. There’s really no way this place could do better ‘for me’ other than provide me the device that I feel will help. So please do not ask how you could make the experience better or help if you can’t do this.

I moved to Fresno not too long ago and had to find a new dentist. I mean, seriously, finding a good dentist is usually about as fun as a root canal. After scouring the internet for reviews, I decided to give the First Impression team a shot. And holy molar, am I glad I did! They made an jaw-dropping First Impression!

Now, I've had my fair share of dental experiences over the years, and most of them were decent. But the First Impression team takes the cake. Their team is like the Avengers of dentistry - super impressive, their office atmosphere is more inviting than a day at the beach (unless there are margaritas, then the beach wins), and they genuinely care about the quality of care they provide.

Whether you need regular checkups, cleanings, or even some fancy ortho treatments, this team has got you covered. Don't settle for anything less than top-notch dental care. Give First Impression Dental a try and thank me later.

The staff and Dr. Lent are wonderful. The procedures have always been as good as an experience going to a dentist could be. I highly recommend.

Both Dr. Lent, and Kristine the office manager are first and foremost amazing individuals. Not only are they experienced in the field, but also highly aware of the patient's needs and limitations. All options were clearly explained to me without bias, and without pressure. I would recommend anyone looking for major dental work, to get a consultation at First Impression Dental first, before making any decisions.

I am beyond satisfied with the care my family has received at First Impression Dental Fresno. Dr. Lent and his entire staff genuinely care about our dental health, hygiene, and overall well being. Dr. Lent is very thorough in his treatment plans and does such amazing work. The entire staff is so friendly and pleasant, I love that they take time to get to know us and things going on in our lives. The office is such a relaxing and clean environment. So happy to say we have found our Family dentist that we want to stick with!
