18Went to Kia a couple days ago, the sales guys that helped me didn’t really seem to happy to help, not even pushing to get a sale, but then I came again tonight and Noah was well informed. Super nice! Didn’t want to give me number, since there were about to close, but over all, super knowledgeable. But what we’ve talked about… They’re definitely not open to negotiations, they really want the money there. Which is understandable, and they don’t match other dealerships too. But Hey, if you go, go see NOAH!
I was in the market for a new Kia. I spoke to Juan over the phone regarding the online pricing of a vehicle. I was appalled at the customer service. I asked Juan why I was quoted $5k over the price posted on their website. Juan told me "we're a dealership and we can do that! " and "You should just go to someplace that is by your house". Having said that, Simi Valley Kia will not be getting my business and I will make sure everyone I know hears about this incident.
I have been going here for years, and for years they have continually have declined in their service department. Today was the final straw and I will never bring my cars there ever again. My daughters kia died on the side of the road and made arrangements to have it towed to their business to have it worked on. They refused to even accept our car because we didn't have an appointment and would have the tow truck take it back to the side of the road it was stranded on. The worst customer service to someone who has used their services over 100 times. I was a loyal customer but now will be loyal to another Kia Dealer.
Well when I bought my car brand new in 2020 I wasn’t sold with many choices. I went back the other day for service and only saw 15 cars for sale. I wondered why and then I got the report from the service department. They put 2 nails in my tire and tried to sell me triple the price for the tires. Glad I have Sam’s club. Also I told them about my tire pressure system not correct but instead of them checking that they pop up I need a new battery. I made a mistake buying from them but I only make mistakes once. I will help others though- do not go there for anything.
Took me 3 weeks to get an appointment then 3 weeks my car sat in the shop with no diagnosis and I had to get it towed out to another mechanic
Service on my vehicle. Used their shuttle van & all was well. Got car back after one day fixed & ready for the next 20k.
STAY AWAY FROM KIA, SPECIALLY FIRST KIA OF SIMI VALLEY.
Go buy yourself a reliable car like Toyota. The will sell you lemon car and they treat like garbage when you go to fix it. One minute they tell you there is an engine issue and an hour later they bully you and tell you nothing is wrong with the car. I brought the car 3 times for the same issue. The car shakes when I take off. Never got anywhere with my warranty. Problem still there years later.

Save yourself a headache and DONT BUY A KIA. Their warranty is garbage. They don't take responsibility for the cgarbagr they sold you.

My parents have purchased from this dealership twice before in the last three years. My overall experience yesterday was great. I was there to purchase a new car for my daughter. From the sales person through financing- transparency, efficiency, friendliness, and overall time it took, it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be back again in the near future to purchase a new car for my son. Thank you First Kia Simi Valley!
This is the third car I purchased and all problems I have had witch have been very few have been fix by this Dealer
Juan and Eric were extremely helpful and efficient in helping me purchase the car I was looking for, for my mother. Eric was also extremely helpful in getting my mom up to speed on the functionality of the car.
The service was horrible. Went in because my usb port in my EV6 was not working. After I dropped it off got a called from them saying their tech plugged his phone in and the charging and Apple CarPlay was working fine and then when I went to pick it up had the tech plug his phone and he could not get it to work. Then they tried to tell me that it was probably not covered under the warranty. The tech and the service rep were idiots and the whole time I was with them and they were trying to get it to work in front of me took over ten minutes and I was telling them to there face that I had told them it was working intermittently and they tried to charge me for it. I will never go back to them for service again. They even tried to tell me it was working because it was playing music and I had to tell their tech who should know that the music was playing through the Bluetooth connection not the Apple CarPlay.
Always have had a great experience with the service team at 1st Kia. Brian has helped me in the past as well and has always been personable, helpful, and professional.
Very friendly and professional, Most important we were treated with respect, something all of the other dealerships we visted (4) seemed to lack. The final out the door price was well within our budge, not so much with the other dealers. They made buying a car very easy and simple. The whole process only took a couple of hours.
OUTSTANDING value especially during these difficult financial times.

Greg and Brian were amazing! With a Hail Mary pass they took careful, thorough steps and helped get our car repaired under the recall. It was a long process but they kept me informed every step of the way. I can't say enough how great it was working with them and would recommend their services 1000%.
I’m at big brand tire fixing what first kia service did! They completely messed up an normal oil change! Causing an oil leak on my 2021 telluride. It was so bad that they said it was complete negligence.
We stopped in without an appointment to have a repair issue checked out. We expected to either have to schedule a repair appointment for a later date, or at best sit and wait for a few hours. Instead, Oscar Robles gave us a quick summary of our options, showed us to a comfortable waiting room, and had us back in our car, driving off the lot in about 5 minutes, no charge. Thanks Oscar and team!
