I cannot stress this enough but this was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Moving is HARD. These guys made it the least painful as possible - and trust me I know from past experiences that the wrong attitudes and wrong companies can result in a horrible memory of moving. Not with first movers. I was so stressed prior to today because I was remembering a horrible experience I had with a different company a couple years ago, but they really calmed those nerves from the moment they showed up.

So my husband and I moved from our one bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment today. First of all, Ashton was extremely responsive just 2 days ago when we needed last minute help and gave all the info we needed. He was very kind and patient in explaining how things worked. Now, on moving day, the guys showed up just on time with a friendly demeanor and beaming smiles. That was a breath of fresh air. Then they got started, carefully wrapping our furniture and even helping us organize our things into more sturdy boxes to move to the apartment. We were happy

They did it all in about 6 hours in the blaring heat wave we are in right now, with no complaints and nothing but friendly attitude and helpful hearts. Shoutout to Aslan especially.

We moved several times with First Movers. Since we moved into Orange County, we didn't initially call them. After trying to navigate all the companies out there, I went back and now I remember why. Customer service and the move team are excellent.

Alex is superior. We did our video walk through, he made sure the schedule was good. He called just prior to, during and after the move. We had issues with a couple of items and the team was right on it.

The team packed us up one day and moved us the next. They were long, long days and the team was outstanding. Respectful of us and our belongings. John made sure all was right with the placement of furniture and boxes.

We were able to empty all the kitchen boxes before they left and they took them with them. First Movers knows how to pack. With so many boxes and a lot, lot of paper there was a huge pile in our garage. We called them and they came to get them. So much better than us trying to get rid of it ourselves.

This is our last move (that's what we said 2 years ago) and won't be doing this again. I would, though, recommend them to everyone and anyone.

Ashton and his team were amazing! For a very reasonable price they easily moved a big 3-door Commercial refrigerator up a flight of stairs. All completely professional, efficient and friendly! And they were fast! Thank you Ashton and your awesome First Movers team!

Rus and his team were great. Fast and helpful. Moving is always a chore, but these guys came up big for me.
