First Service Plumbing & Heating, Crescent City CA

I recently had First Service Plumbing & Heating come out to check for any water leeks, and I have to say, they were top-notch! The guy was super prompt – he even arrived early, after a call to see if early would work, which was a pleasant surprise! He was friendly and took good care by covering their shoes before entering my home. What really stood out was his professionalism. He knew his stuff, and answered all my questions clearly. Definitely recommend them for anyone needing reliable and professional plumbing or heating services. They really live up to their name!

Great communications! Did a quick and complete job changing the house water shut off valve. I'm very happy with their plumbing service.

The service tech called before his arrival to let me know when he'd get to our house. He showed up on schedule and reviewed with me the details of our service request. He proceeded to do everything he discussed in a very efficient manner. He found the problem with our equipment and offered two or three possible solutions. I appreciated the way the service call was performed.

Service was 'ok'. I paid on the spot and was told 'I don't have my receipt book. ' I asked to have the receipt sent to my PO Box. Seven weeks later and 3 phones calls to their office and I still do not have a receipt. I talked to 3 different people, expressing my frustration and disappointment; then they send me a link to provide a review! Wow.

After others failed, First Service diagnosed an issue we were having for some time with our HVAC system. They were knowledgeable, courteous, hard-working, and dependable. Thank you Pat Sr, Patrick, Philip, and Jason.

Called and booked for bathroom sink only.
I was suppose to receive a written estimate the day after. They came and took measurements stated I have my estimate by next day. I had to call them to remind them.
Once I received my estimate for $5.000
dollars. Just to change a bathroom sink plumbing from one pipe to two pipe sink. $5.000 that is outrageous and considering price gouging as far as I'm concerned!
Because I didn't accept there estimate they are charging me $85.00
Service fee ForNOT ACCEPTING THERE BID! IM AM SO DISAPOINTED
I would think twice about hiring this company.

Starting with office staff who were very kind and helpful. Plumber Ruben came out, he was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to clear the clog in the system in a timely manner.

They showed up when no one else would, and did the job I needed to everyone’s satisfaction! I was happy they could be there with the right equipment and the personnel that knew how to use it. Thank you!

I have had First Service come to me rescue several times, and they’ve always been very polite and very professional each time. They are the only ones that I will call if I have a problem. Patrick, the owner, is awesome. I can always rely on First Service, any time I need them.
