Chris provide the most first class services when I was panicked during the water damage in my house. He is very efficient and reliable. He provide reasonable prices. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I bought our first house less than six months ago, and already have had to do some major surprise repairs. One day our ceiling collapsed and exposed years of water and mold damage. This was not something we could put off, so we jumped on a search. We worked with First To Respond Restoration after having to fire another company who started our job. We actually met Chris at FTR before this other company, they were in fact, the first ones to respond. Not knowing what mold remediation entailed, we compared the two companies’ estimates side by side trying to see if we could make sense of the line items. We just saw that this other company was about half the cost to do the same job. We did NOT take the time we should have to notice and review the 17-page report with pictures and descriptions that Chris sent us along with his estimate. We ignored our gut telling us that this other company didn’t have believable reviews all made on the same date and overlooked that FTR had excellent and consistent reviews. I don’t know why we didn’t take the time to do our research, probably because we were so worried about the mold that had made our ceiling collapse seemingly out of nowhere and we had a one-year old baby in the next room. When the other company changed their plan for what needed to happen with no straight answer and lots of variation in cost, we had to question all of it. It was now going to be 7-10 times what they initially estimated. We decided to put a pause on our work with them and get a third opinion, from Chris at FTR. He could tell we were being taken advantage of and offered to come back and assess the job again on a Saturday morning. Chris spent lots of time with us to answer our questions and provided a detailed and updated work order/estimate. We decided to change companies and close out with the other one. Best decision we made during this nightmare. Chris explained what the plan was, and how the next week would look. Davin (Project Manager), Erick (Lead Tech), Andre, & Byron were excellent. I was updated 1-2 times a day and notified if there were any new findings. I have documentation and photographs of the entire process to submit to our insurance company, and their work is extremely thorough. Mold remediation is not a pleasant experience, but the guys were all so helpful, professional, and had a great attitude—it was truly a pleasure to do business with them. We recommend First To Respond for your restoration needs, over and above the rest. Straight forward, honest, professional.

About a month ago, we had a break in a sewer line under the house. It was a real pain, necessitating getting a hotel room. After doing some research, we called FTR Restoration. Chris, Kevin, and Eddie got right on the job, first by abating the contaminated soil, then by laying down another material to absorb moisture. They then left us a humidifier for several days, which help the process. We highly recommend FTR Restoration. They are very professional, prompt, and thorough!

I can’t say enough good things about Chris and First To Respond. Firstly, Chris answers the phone, and returns calls and texts very quickly. He is extremely patient and answered all of my questions (and I had many). He and his staff were extremely professional, organized, kind, worked very quickly, and got the job done perfectly. We used them for water damage dryout and mold remediation. I hope to never have water damage or a mold issue again, but if I do, I will definitely call on Chris for the job.

If you have water damage or mold growing in your house, FIRST TO RESPOND RESTORATION is the company to call. Not long ago a leak was discovered in the substructure of the house resulting in a serious case of mold. From first visit to final handshake, Chris the case manager is extremely knowledgeable and professional. After an assessment of the situation he gave a thorough and impressive explanation of the damage and what had to be done. That gave a lot of confidence and peace of mind that FIRST TO RESPOND RESTORATION was the company to do the job. The technical team did a superb job in the remediation process. Both Alex and Byron were extremely meticulous making sure that even the slightest detail was done to perfection. A big part of the kitchen sink area was also affected by the mold and Alex and Byron made it possible to have the rest of the kitchen operable by creating an enclosure that sealed off the affected area. That was ingenious engineering. They're both incredibly skilled. Otherwise the entire kitchen would've been off limits due to toxins. Kudos to them! When the work was completed, the follow-up inspection passed with flying colors. FIRST TO RESPOND RESTORATION did not only do a fantastic job but also assisted with the insurance claim process. These guys are great and extremely satisfying!

I had the pleasure of using Chris for some prior work and was thrilled to find out he had started his own company. I called Chris to look at a possible sewer line break underneath our house. He came out and actually crawled under the house and took pictures and gave detailed explanations on what had happened and what needs to be done. Another company also came out to give an estimate (we had to have another estimate for insurance reasons) They didn't even go under the house. They looked through a vent with a flashlight and gave an estimate. Are you kidding me? Chris is totally thorough, honest and reliable. I would not want to hire anyone else. I also referred him to do a job for my bothers company and I will also call him soon to inspect my parents house. He is just a super nice guy. I wish him success with his company.
