FirstService Residential - Los Angeles reviews
3Jenny is such a great Community Manager! She takes care of all the residents needs in a timely matter. We appreciate you Jenny! Thank you for all you do. You never disappoint.
Inconsistent customer service and dated technology.
Here's the process required for registering an online account to pay your bill online (something that should be fairly easy to do in 2021).
1) Register with their website.
2) Enter your address or account number to link your online account to your address. Strike 1 - account number option didn't work.
3) U[on entering your address, you receive a code and instructions to call customer service to link your account with your address.
4) Call customer service, wait on hold for 15 mins. Tell the agent I have a code and want to link my account. She asks for my name, address, and move-in date. Move-in date? I moved in months ago and don't have a specific date when I moved in. Mind you, the move-in date is not the same day when you closed escrow - and they don't tell you how they calculate the move-in date on their end. In fact, the move-in date they have in their system has nothing to do with the day you actually moved in.
As such, I couldn't verify the move-in date they had in the system. After some back and forth, the agent puts me back into the queue. (Strike 3) After 15 mins, I speak with another agent - who informs me that she only handles Florida accounts (I'm in CA) (Strike 4). So she puts me back to another queue. After another 15 mins, I speak with the third agent and tell her I have a code to link my account. She asks for my address and the code. That's it! After 45 mins, I was finally able to link my online account to my address.
In summary, their system is dated and their customer service is inconsistent. It's never been so hard to register an online account.
Don’t know why I can swim and jacuzzi while at the gym but they haven’t decide to open our pool or jacuzzi. They have to wait to have a board meeting to open an amenity our hoa pays for.
