Fisherman's Village, Marina Del Rey CA

Brings back old memories of me as a child going to eat fish and child with a delicious cup of clam chowder.

Before the Pandemic I used to come by Marina Del Rey Fisherman’s Village just to take pictures of Seagulls and Sea Lion. So this is a good place for either eating Seafood or Sightseeing. So maybe one day I would like to stop by on how Fisherman’ Village is doing well.

Locals know to make a dedicated trip to Istanbul Home in FV to kit out their boho homes and rich hippie wardrobe. Vast array of lamps, cushions, textiles, jewelry, bags. Plus free and easy parking, too!

A treasure in marina del rey. Music on a Sunday afternoon. Great little cafes plus a beautiful store with gorgeous stuff from Istanbul. Perfect for original and one if a kind gifts.

Lovely place but it was deserted. I guess we have to wait for the Summer when it gets a lot more people.

What a gorgeous little spot. Really nice to have a stroll around. Lots of little shops to find and a beautiful harbour on the other side of the boardwalk

Nice place to eat brunch -mexican. Bike rentals are convenient by Ballona Creek Bike Trail.

I love this place because there is a lot to do, restaurants, small shops, waterbus in summer time etc.

Quite a few businesses have either closed or reduced their days or hours. It's a shadow of it's former self.

We went to Marina Del Rey for a special occasion. It was 21 years ago when my wife and I had our first date at Shanghai Red today it is Whiskey Red. The furniture and the food menu are not impressive as before, but the reason we went because we had good memories there.

Cute place to hangout. Good restaurants and place to rent kayaks, small boats, a nice place to spend a day next to and on the water

This is where they filmed several scenes from Arrested Development, namely the Banana stand scenes! Great spot to chill and enjoy snacks.

Parking real good for bike on bike path. Bathrooms good. Everything else no good. Especially El torito Mexican. Margarita no good. I don't know if still there

Our neighbor invited us to an outside concert him and his band perform at from time to time. Its a nice place to go and listen to live music and enjoy the nearby eateries. El Torito Mexican restaurant or Sapori Italian restaurant are 2 good choices.

Nice ambience and a beautiful place to enjoy FREE live music on weekends and holidays. Different bands keep the crowd dancing in a clean social environment. Food, ice cream and beverages available
Lots of parking for a minimal fee $2-$6.

Fun if you like dancing. Big crowds. Happy people mainly 50's and up. However boats come in and young people pass through to dance a bit. Just wish the security guard would tell smokers to stay away from where people dance and sit. They need a good salad eatery instead of friend foods like all fried fish.

This place is really beautiful and fun, I went during a strange time of the week and most restaurants were closed but it was really relaxing to walk around, it feels like a different world. There were so many sea lions they were so fun to watch, I'd recommend coming here if you want to go somewhere quiet and nice.

Great location adjacent to the marina. Food was good too. But.the Italian server while friendly with other tables, was rather short with us.maybe my friend.with tattoos all over her body, didn't suit his style.

Beautiful outdoor sunny spot. Fun live music. Easy inexpensive parking. Boats, sea lions, cute shops. A few eateries. Just wish they had some healthier choices. Fried fish is not for everyone. Very pretty.

Sure it's a tourist trap but there is nothing wrong with being a tourist and there is some fun stuff here. Lots of wine bars, restaurants, shops, etc. It's also the point of departure for ferries to Alcatraz and the North Bay.
