4Long time fitbit customer, but never again. Ordered my fifth fitbit direct from the company with expedited shipping. They shipped it standard and would not refund the shipping charges.
My first Fitbit was the Ionic. Epic fail apparently as people were getting literally burned by them. I unfortunately used my payout for my Ionic to buy a Sense 2. Lasted a year. Just outside of the warranty period they offered me a 35% discount on a new one. No thanks! I've ordered a Garmin.
Has anyone even tested step meter for Sense 3? It's wildly inaccurate, counting steps for every arm move. Mi band for $30 has never done that lol
Product quality with each newer model seems to be on the decline. Also, the premium subscription is excessive $$$ while they attempt to collect personal health data. The metrics are very unreliable, making it a novelty device. The battery life is nowhere near seven days.
