I am a truck driver and been all around California hands down fitchow is my favorite meal prep place and the people customer service is amazing I wish I could give them 10 Stars keep up the good work guys

Love this food! The variety and quality are top notch! Everything is delicious and the meals filling. They make eating healthy quick and easy. The individual meals and meal programs are affordable. I've done meal prepping on my own and with Fitchow and I SAVE money using Fitchow! There is no way to get the same variety meal prepping on your own and no one wants to eat the same thing every day. With a crazy, hectic schedule I love knowing I'm eating healthy, saving time AND saving money!

The weekly variety is pretty impressive. Most of the meals are really good, especially considering how healthy they are. Unlike hello fresh, these meals require zero effort on my part. I will say, they’re mostly geared for people trying to lose weight, so I usually have to bring a snack or shake to work when I use these as lunch.

Fitchow is amazing, great customer service. They are a great help for a busy mom on the go food is always tasty.

I have used fit chow meal prep for about 6 months now. Their food is delicious. Their customer service is on point. If you ever have a question or concern they are willing to go the extra mile to help you out.

Still new to FitChow but so far the experience has been great. The customer service, the deliveries, and especially the food has been exceptional and I can see myself sticking to this service for a long time.

We used to get Fit Cow when they first started and had to stop when we moved. A month ago we decided to try it again even though it’s over an hour away to pick up our meals. Getting our meals from FitChow again is well worth the drive. They have even better meals now. Jay F.

The food is amazing! The breakfast and the bakery options are also very delicious. My favorite is the mesquite chicken, the eggchilada, and many of their bakery items. This is a great way to live a healthy lifestyle for all those who are busy or just overall want to eat on the healthier side. These meals provide such grand flavor and the staff provide such a great customer experience.

Great place; open-gym, trainer, nutritionist, and pre-prepped meals all in one place. Joining this week. Friendly and knowledgeable staff is the added bonus, that make you just want to be there.

I have been ordering their family-style meals for 6 weeks now, it has saved us soooo much time and worry. As a healthcare worker during the pandemic, this has been crucial! I am keeping my weight in check despite my urge to stress eat! It is great to know I can get healthy fresh meal prep in the AV!

I subscribed for weekly meals over a month ago; without a doubt one of my best decisions so far, the food is great, very tasty and I love the variety. I lost 45 lbs over a year ago and one thing no one tells you is that keeping the weight off is almost as hard as loosing the weight, which meant that I had to keep cooking my meals on the weekends which left me with little time to do other things and relax. Having healthy, ready made meals has made my life so much easier, the FitChow meals are perfectly proportion for me, healthy, filling, low in calories and so much more tastier than anything I used to cook, plus I don't have to eat the same food every day. I am very happy with my subscription, I go to the Crunch Fitness gym in East Palmdale and I love the convenience of being able to pick up my food there, also the FitChow crew is great, they respond to my questions right away, they are friendly and very knowledgeable. Now I just need to figure how to maximize my extra time! I definitely recommend FitChow to anyone who wants to get or stay healthy and want to loose weight, you won't regret it!

All of the meals I've had from here have been amazing! They're keto friendly desserts are a delicious treat as well.

I started meal prepping and found I didn’t have time to do it any more and it was driving me crazy. I then found Fitchow and now have all my meals pre made and they accurately taste really good! Plus every time I go the store they remember me lol
