Gym is incredible and so is the staff. Johl convinced me to stay and try the gym out which I’m glad I did, and Robert is extremely professional as well

Was skeptical because of other gyms I was a member of before moving to Dublin and joining Fitness19. It however has blown me away how many weights and machines they have that allow the members to have a good and continuous work out with minimal waiting for machines or weights. I like the turf in the back as well. Haven't tried the bike studio or classes but maybe I will in the future. It's a great gym with amenities that you need to get a good workout in. Lastly, the staff is friendly and welcoming everytime I go! Highly recommend joining if you are in the area and looking for a good gym to workout in!

Definitely one of the best managed gyms I've had the pleasure of using. Never too crowded and a great selection of equipment.

They never informed me they were opened back and they started charging me for membership. When I called for refund since they never notified me, they said sorry they don't do refunds. How can I give them negative star?

Opened back up without notification and immediately charged me 65$+ for annual fee and monthly dues. Called asking for refund as they provided no communication nor information about the fees and re-openings. Their call center (contracted to ABC Financial) threatened to send me to collections. Unprofessional and rude.

They closed without any notification to customers. The manager said they are not going to close now and I took annual fees from us.

Worst Club ever, I called the club and they routed me to corporate. When I contacted Corporate they send me back to Fitness 19 Dublin (which is closed due to Covid-19. It has been a horror to get my account closed. It has been 6 months and still no resolution.

I love this gym! Everything is super nice, pretty new and clean! Bummed that they are going to close due to Covid but I will be back when they reopen, for sure.

I'm comparing this to the Pleasanton (3 stars) and Livermore (4 stars) locations. The Dublin one is the newest location in the TriValley area. It has stayed clean, even the locker rooms. The parking spots are decent. There are so many group classes to choose from. The instructors are nice and very encouraging. I like how the rooms have fans and AC.

Just my opinion and you know what they say about opinions:

Decent little gym at a great price. Somewhat limited on the number of benches and variety of Hammer Strength machines available especially during rush hour, but plenty of treadmills. Speaking of rush hour, the place looks like a playground with all the kids just taking up space and swinging off the equipment. And then there's the novices that leave weights laying out in the middle of the floor or watch movies on their phones in between sets. But I guess that's just about anywhere. Best to get in and out before 3pm or start after 7-8pm.

Excellent gym. I went 24 hour fitness in Castro Valley. This gym is so much better and costs less. All equipment is clean and in good condition. The area is huge and the ceiling is tall with very good air circulation. I love it. I go there almost every day.

Very worst service still can’t get my rebet back almost month employees and manager didn’t do slot just want your money don’t go there

It's my first visit here and I can say that I liked this place. Staffs were friendly and the place was clean. This place is perfect for me.

Fitness19 offers an amazing option at a reasonable cost. The place is new, has most of the machines well-maintained and depending on what you go - you usually find machines free to work on. I use tread-mills almost consistently and noticed most of them rattle badly. Either the machine itself rattles when you over 6mph or the monitor attached to each tread-mill rattles. Considering treadmills are probably the most used machine, it may ended more wear and tear but hopefully Fitness19 staff can find a way to maintain them better. Another minor annoyance not indicated towards Fitness19 is - people hog the machines. Some folks sit on a machine and start tweeting or instagramming. Really? ! I'd hope Fitness19 staff can notice and do something about it. I do love this place, the amazing staff, and how clean and well maintained most of the equipment are.
