Fitness 19, Riverside CA

If you take the gym serious don’t bother coming here. This place will fall apart. They are already in debt. The trainers don’t know what they are doing except for Ari. Also don’t even get me started with the manager Al, he’s lazy. Fitness 19 is Curl Fitness, I mean squirrel fitness cuz they stick a bunch of nuts in there mouths.

Did is my favorite gym. It's so spacious. However, today they are remodeling, so they sectioned off a whole area. It's being remodeled. But when it's done. This is the place.e it's never super full like chuze or other places.

This gym tells you one thing when you sign the contract and at the end when you cancel it they charge you extra money How to pay the annual fee that you had already paid They are pure scammers and the representative has a bad service

Wish I could give zero stars. I think it’s a little messed up to not notify the fitness 19 gym members of the transition to a new name and whole new membership needed. One day I just showed up to work out and the gym has a new name and my membership no longer worked because what was fitness 19 the day before was now curl fitness. I checked my emails and I had not received one email at least giving a heads up about the change like weeks in advance. That’s just disgusting business practice.

Wow! I see a whole lot of apologies. I don't think I want to be part of a gym like that. Fitness19 what are you doing to rectify this?

A good place to work out. Clean and well lit. The move to the new location was for the customers benefit.

Worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of receiving.truly a horrible experience

Horrible place to be a member! Make sure you keep an eye on your bank accounts. They will take money out of it without asking. They will charge you fees without you knowing. They say you will get it back when confronted. Then months later they say they have no idea what your talking about. They are now more expensive then 24hr fitness and La fitness. It's just a little gym. They claim they need to charge more. Because their a bigger gym then what they were. Be careful and keep eye on you bank account. They will try to take additional fees out without your permission.

Very polite staff, clean, and never super busy. Atleast that been my experience. All the amenities needed.

Friendly and super helpful employees. VARIOUS equipment for both weight training and aerobics. VERY clean, neat, and great equipment options. AFFORDABLE plans - 19.9/mo for everything above and 24.9 for these plus group fitness classes which I abs enjoy a lot. COOL machines like a tanning machine, infrared machine, massage, and inbody tester if you need them.
I have only been here for a week and so far I like working individually and joining the classes a lot! You have the atmosphere here.

Love it here! My trainer Fressy and Dorean are the best. Can't live without them! Their classes are amazing.

Stay away from this SCAMMERS! They will tell you one thing but later on it’s another made me pay extra month he’ll nah this gym only wants ur money and is adding fees to the max manager told me was gonna be put on collections lol like I’m not in collections already buddy planet fitness here I come
