So I signed up a few months ago. Everything was good. Then last month they charged me $94. I didn’t get any phone calls or email stating something was wrong. I’m disabled, and on a fixed income, so I don’t have the luxury of paying $94. That’s why I paid $24! All they said was it was the billing who messed up.the next month. They said they can pay the $24.then they took another, freaking dollar out the next month! I had to cancel my gym membership. I didn’t get my $94 back. Nothing. Never going to the gym again! Do better!

Good machines and acceptable spaces. The bad thing is that they deceive you with physical preparations and help with contracts that are irrevocable, they pay every week since the charges are every 2 weeks.mainly the misleading issue regarding contracts

You get what you pay for.staff is good. No issues there. BUT its nearly impossible to get a great workout. You can get a good one maybe.on a good day. This gym is oversaturated with kids that are pretty much just lingering around, in other words, lacking of gym etiquette. Besides that, decent gym.

I have been a member of Fitness 19 Camarillo! Throughout the years, we have had a change in managers. The new manager, Andrew has been amazing! He and Andrea work together to create a great culture between the members and team staff. I take group fitness classes and all the instructors are great! I’m so happy to be a member at Fitness 19. It’s clean, friendly, affordable and feels like home!

Worst gym I've ever been they keep charging my account when I have already paid in cash. Don't come here they steel ur money

They have the worst cancellation process. Calling their customer service line and then telling you to go in physically to the gym to cancel. Just for them to then write down the customer service line you just spoke with to give them your agreement number. Spent 20 minutes going back and forth with customer service telling them I just want to cancel my membership and they giving other options other than doing what I asked and denied over and over again. Then they tell me it’s a $50 buyout option and I have to email a customer service email stating I want the buy out option. And they charged me $60.00 not $50.00 for cancelling my membership. This company needs to get on the same page about what there cancellation process should be because this was a whole mess and took days to get it cancelled

Fitness 19 is one of first gyms I joined back in 2021 and it was one of the best decisions I made. The gym is easy to get around and the morning staff and members are great. Equipment and class are great especially Cycle with Lisa or David. If you are thinking about starting your fitness journey doing a PT Welcome session is the best way to get started with a trainer for FREE since it comes with a membership sign up!

I don't even know where to begin, this is the best gym I have been to in a long time! Andrew helped me find the right trainer for me based on my goals. My trainer Nevin has been pushing me every week and I have been noticing results almost everyday I wake up. I love this gym!

This location has been my go to for years. The staff is always friendly, someone always says hello to me when I walk in and the equipment is always clean. The group cycle classes are so much fun! The trainers are super nice and are very knowledgeable, I had an introductory session and it was an overall pleasant experience.

Jacob and Adam were super nice in signing me up for a membership! Highly recommend them, they were super helpful!

Great gym! Staff is super helpful and the people in the gym are super nice. They keep all the equipment very nice and clean.

Wife and I have been active members for for about 3 weeks. Our first impressions have been immediately delivered and we are finding even more reasons to explore so many offerings for all types of people and all levels of athletic competence. Staff and other members are friendly and supportive. We have taken the option of being guided by a personal trainer who has more medals and experience than a military general and the patience of any biblical character that comes to mind. Also there is an exercise machine and equipment for just about any training regimen that you choose. The facility is clean, airy, well lighted and a place you would take any friend or family member.

If you were charged by mistake and did not keep following up on the refund, you will never get your money back. I was charged by mistake twice. I didn’t get my money back the first time. For the 2nd time, it has been a month, but I still have not got my 500 bucks back. It takes forever to process a refund.

Fitness 19 Camarillo the best gym I ever been to. The front desk are amazing nice and friendly the staff is great very nice and they will help you with anything you need. The manager is Really really nice she will help you with anything and answer all your questions I definitely give it a 100 I really recommend this Gym.

Love coming to this gym! Shayle is the best personal trainer! She’s been helping me get back into shape after my pregnancy. She definitely knows her stuff. Highly recommend her!
