The 24 hour availability is my favorite feature fitness system offers with a busy schedule. Theres a wide variety of equipment that makes the experience even better.

Fitness System Lodi is hands down the best gym in the area! Staff are super Friendly and it’s way better than those commercial gyms. Plus the trainers there are all super friendly.

My favorite gym in town is Fitness System Lodi. I can really get in there get my workout in and get out without feeling overwhelmed like I do in a commercial gym.

This is the gym to go to, atmosphere staff, equipment is top notch. Get in shape with the best gym around.

I have been a member of Fitness System Lodi since they opened their doors in 2006. They are hands down the best gym in the area with all the equipment needed to achieve your fitness goals. I have done a total transformation going from 230lbs to a fit 168lbs in my fitness journey. I turned 61 years old today and feel better than I did when I was in my 30's!
The owners and the staff are amazing and make all the members feel welcome. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their health and wellbeing.

Best gym in town! Has powerlifting, body building, and calisthenics equipment! All the essentials! And with so many machinery you rarely have to wait for a machine you wish to use! The staff is kind and friendly and takes care of you! Highly recommend!

Awesome atmosphere! Great equipment and variety of it! Great place to be working out by yourself or with your gym buddies! And, also, a plus for parents they offer CHILDCARE!

Lots of nice people and lots of equipment. Great and knowledgeable trainers and fun classes. The only reason why it doesn’t get 5 stars is most people do not rerack their weights. I feel like I am constantly cleaning up after others to be able to use equipment. There are signs up all over to rerack but minimal follow through by the gym.

Great place to workout with great equipment. Can get a little crowded during night hours, but that's normal for any gym. Staff is nice and I love that's its open 24 hrs.

I dont like the little girls additude behind the counter. She is very rude and doesn't seem to know her job very well. I tried to pay my bill on the 1st and she said I was good. I emphasized that I need to pay my bill but she reassured me i was good. The next day I recieved a notice of past due bill. I returned the next day just for the same girl to tell me I need to pay this on time or next time I'll get a late fee. The membership is very expensive and they rarely clean the mens bathroom. I wont be back an I'm sure planet fitness will be a much better experience.

I used this gym probably half a dozen times, the gym itself is awesome. I moved so I’m no longer using it, but in order to cancel my membership I’m being forced to pay $200… for a gym I haven’t used in 2 months. I’m very upset with this, as the lady on the phone threatened to send my account to collections.

Edit: thanks for responding, I DID pay off my whole account but your company tried to charge me over $200 in order to cancel which is absolutely crooked. And I did not owe you folks that much, in case your math was wrong. I’d like to thank Dallas at the Lodi location for making this a better experience than what the corporate office gave me (threats). I will never be returning here.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made working out at Fitness system Lodi. VERY friendly team who makes me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

I go to a lot of gyms all over and this one definitely became my ‘home gym’ within the first two weeks of signing up. Went for a day pass then decided to go ahead and sign up. Worth it

Been a member for years. Great atmosphere. And definitely the best gym in the Central Valley, no place comes close. Warm friendly staff and childcare included with membership. Can’t beat it.

Great gym in Lodi! I love that it’s 24 hours and the equipment they have plus extra rooms for posing, stretching ect… love it!
