I loved it at Five Below and this was the first time I had been there with my great great niece and nephew.
Items can not be as they seem, like a pack of tennis balls i purchased did not bounce at all but the manager did let me know that before I purchased them which was a plus an I appreciated it, but they were fine cause I was using them for baseball for my son.
Had a great experience workers always on task very neat and organized and alot of nice stuff good customer service for my first time loved it I will recommend it
Stuff is usually thrown around and they hardly have any workers on the floor and they have self checkout
Met a nice worker whom gave me a display sign. But I recently called the store and was met with a rude loud hello I had to repeat myself multiple times then they still didn’t answer my question and hung up on me. Disappointed.
Use to have more dog stuff. A Lot of junk to buy. But, it's fun to look for stuff. I love their candy section.
This is twice now that the an item shown available online is out of stock, I noticed majority of inventory was gone shelves empty, I purchased glow sticks 50pck, they don't light up bright and go out quickly. I'm very disappointed with 5below right now.
They have some nice, cheap stuff. I don't think they should keep the name though, if most of their stuff is more that $5
I didn't really find anything but maybe I went on a bad day and they were out of stock of items. It all depends on what your looking for but always decent prices for stuff

I found so many things for 5 dollars, what I liked the most was that I found things to exercise, mats, rubber bands and more things. The place is clean and pleasant and the employees take good care of you.
