Dr. Chung and her entire staff are wonderful. As much as I dislike root canals, Dr. Chung made my experience pleasant. She made sure I didn't have pain and she explained the entire process to me step be step. It was my birthday and the staff had cupcakes with candles for me. Never had that happen before. I would recommend Dr. Chung without hesitation.

Root canal today and had absolutely no pain. Staff is amazing. I was offered water, sparling, regular, cold or room temp. I was given headphones with Bluetooth and a warm blanket. Can't say enough good things about my experience.

Even with a tremendous amount of tooth pain, Dr Chung made me feel like it was going to be alright. Office staff is great. Overall one of the best dental offices I’ve been to.

Dr. Chung and her staff are the most accommodating and comforting Endodontists on the central coast. If you are looking for treatment, look no further than five cities Endodontics! I reached out to Dr. Chung with a significant toothache and I was promptly able to make an appointment to come into the office the same day. Even being someone who is very uncomfortable in dentist offices, Dr. Chung’s office truly feels like home. Her staff do everything they can to make sure you have everything you need and after my treatment they were sure to check up on me regularly. Cannot thank this office enough for their help when I needed it so much.

The doctor and her staff were amazing. It was a long, tedious procedure, but she never rushed and kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing OK. She followed up with text messages inquiring about how I was doing and if I needed further care. I would definitely return to this Dentist for any further dental work I may have.

Five Cities Endodontics is the best! I had to go in for a root canal and was pleased to find Dr. Nicole and her staff to be very caring. They thought of everything to keep me calm and comfortable-blanket, pillow, headphones with my choice of Netflix or music, a water bottle, and even Chapstick for the inevitable dry lips. I'm a history buff, so having the office in a charming historic home surrounded with beautiful gardens is icing on the cake!

It was very obvious to me that they truly care about their patients. I’d never had a root canal before and was very nervous, but Dr. Chung and her staff made me feel so comfortable. The procedure itself was a breeze and pain free, and they provided me with a warm blanket, noise cancelling headphones, and chapstick. They thought of everything! Dr. N. Chung and her entire staff are absolutely wonderful! They are very efficient in the office however, the treatment they give you as an individual is outstanding. I was made extremely comfortable, their goal is to get the work done on your teeth, yet they worked with me and my fear of dental work to make me as comfortable and cared for as possible.
Dr. Chung is very friendly and efficient, she explains every step of what she is going to do to help alleviate your fear. She is very gentle the whole time she is working on you and always makes sure you are not in pain.
Her staff are all very kind and helpful, they insure your comfort at all times.
From someone who has a real fear of dental work.they are the best.

Wonderful practice, dentist, and staff! So friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. Dr. Chung really took her time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable throughout. She gave me all my options honestly without any pressure. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area who needs a root canal.

I can't say enough about the attention, service, care, and expertise that 5 cities endodontics provides. I had a very difficult case and I felt confident in Dr Chung and her staff the whole time. They were very patient and explained step by step everything that was happening along the way. It is very apparent that Dr Chung genuinely cares about the patient, which was far different from my previous dentist experience. She even checked in with me later to make sure I was feeling OK and see if I needed anything.

The attention to detail is second to none and that extends from the staff all the way to their office, which has a genuine small town family charm you wouldn't expect to find in a dental office. Their lovely office displays art from a local artist, provides amenities likes Pendleton blankets, pillows, ipad with noise cancelling headphones, among others.

From the check in process to the post procedure instructions, I could not have been in more knowledgeable, skilled, or gentler hands. I believe this office just opened recently, but I can see this place getting booked up quickly in the future. I would 100% come here for all future endodontic needs!
