Five Coves Apartment Homes, Anaheim CA

It's a quiet place to live for the most part, but constantly shutting off water. More water pipe problems then anywhere else I've ever lived. Rent gets raised the max that's legally allowed when possible. Issues take some time to address- still waiting on a fan part practically a year later even though it was discussed on multiple walkthroughs.management seems to change alot.liked it when I 1st moved here now it starting to become a real drag.
Management has seem to fallen off worse than ever.: [in response to your reply: ]- there is not adequate information regarding water shut off, or zoned working. Many times this year i woke up and coildnt take a shower. I have been woken up at 730 am as result of work in the courtyard. No one is perfect but not everything do you provide a heads up as your suppose to.

Great place to live if you want your vehicle damaged by transients (gas siphoning, windows smashed, parts stolen, etc) or if you enjoy having maintenance walk into your apartment without any warning. The mosquitoes and excess of spiders are a community favorite. None of the A/Cs work but for some reason they decided to replace the heaters in all units at the beginning of summer; really though? (make it make sense) The water is regularly shut off, more often without any warning. As mentioned in many previous reviews the parking situation is a disaster and the street is a dangerous alternative, they incessantly raise rent and make meaningless upgrades to the community. It does however have a nice trail and clean playground on the trail within walking distance so there's that. Honestly in all my years, this is my first negative review I've ever written and I stand by it 100%.

Looks like a really great place to reside in, I'm checking this place out now!
