Nice little spot to take a break and eat, love the burgers, always at tge ready to get cooking on a single or a double patty.

The food is fresh and very good! The Cajun friend are where it’s at! I’m glad to see they’ve come to Yucaipa! My only complaint.they don’t have Ranch, and ranch would put those Cajun fries over the top!

Horrible customer service from Atilana, doesn't know how to treat customers, not polite at all, my 2 shakes were watery and 3 of my burgers wrong. They didn't take the time to apologize or anything. My son chose this place to eat for his birthday, never again.

My small burger price jumped by $2+ but enjoy my "pickle burger w/mustard". Fries a quantum leap over the competitors. Fun "date" after the movie at The River.

Came 5 min before closing and they still served us with a smile. Fries and food were amazing.

Burger was very messy like they just threw everything on the bun & the bun was soggy when I got it

Five guys has delicious burgers but way to pricey. I mean 10buck for a cheese burger I think it's alittle to much. But they are good

I ordered online and was told my order would be ready at 7: 54. I arrived at 8 PM on the dot expecting my order to be ready, only to have to wait another half hour for the order to be completed. I want to give the benefit of the doubt to the workers, as the public doesn’t know what happens behind the scenes, but it always helps to at least acknowledge whenever someone walks in or apologizing for the wait, but neither of those things happened. I noticed my order sitting on their counter for ten minutes before I had to walk up and ask if it was mine. I hate to sound like a karen, but this isn’t the first or second time I’ve had this happen here and it’s especially frustrating because whenever I do order from here for lunch, I run the risk of clocking back in late because I spend my whole break there waiting. I hope you can sympathize with my frustrations and I hope to come back soon and have a better experience

My family and I went to this location tonight after movie at the River. For whatever reason, the fire alarms went off for the whole complex. The staff that was working showed much grace under pressure and definitely should be commended for handling a stressful situation so well. The food was good too!

Desiree is without the doubt the best employee ever. She went above & beyond to help. She is literally the type of employee I would hire to run my restaurant. Bravo Desiree. Thank you.

It's too expensive the hamburgers taste like 8 a.m. P.m. And they're cheaper there I rather go to ampm I think they should have combos but they don't sell combos Philly suck I will never go there again

The grilled cheese was the best my son has ever had… we also had 2 double cheeseburgers and they were very good. Fresh peanuts are a nice touch too. Not too busy and plenty of space to eat both inside and outside too.

This is the most incompetent experience I've ever had at a 5 guys. U Uber Eats my order and they 'lose' it. Refuse to make it again for my driver and make me sit around for an hour. Without refunding me.

Cost to much for 1 burger large fries and a drink is about 21 dollars.its better to go to McDonald's or burger King and u can get 2 meals for a price of 1 five guys

Five Guys is one of my favorite places to get a burger. The beef is always fresh never frozen. The toppings selection is vast. You can create your ideal burger and enjoy the crisp overflowing bag of fries! Oh! Did I neglect to mention the bottomless peanuts still in the shell? You can eat those all day if you want. I highly recommend them!

The food was terrible the order was wrong I'm waiting for my food I ordered my food I pay for my food people come in weight after me get their food before me and leave and I'm still waiting for my food I asked for a double Five Guys burger with lettuce tomato mayonnaise mustard and they gave me pickles relish no lettuce no tomato it was terrible I'll never connect your again and I mean ever

All employees are so friendly helpful and always smiling. They are full of life energy and ready to give it to you with just 1 look to their faces. Clean place, nice fountain drink selections. I will visit again soon. Please lower your prices it's little bit higher than other places
