*edit 3/2/19. Just went back. Seems like they doubled prices. It's now super premium pricing for average work. Literally the most inconvenient, dangerous, cramped and impossible to park location on el camino in redwood city.

Guys are knowledgeable, fair priced, and you get what you pay for! They have been in the business since 1964, staff is great, waiting area is clean, free Wifi, free coffee daily, free donuts on Thursday's and Saturday's.

This place does all automotive work, and smog checks. I found a new diamond in the rough! Five points smogged my vehicle, it failed and they repaired it. They are also a Star Smog Station!

Came down there for an oil service. The shop checked out my vehicle noticed it needed brakes and tires. They got the job done same day and gave me a great deal. They also offer rides to your home or work and free tire rotations.they now have a customer for life!

Went here to see about having some uneven tires shaved. Got an honest opinion and a better deal on a new set of tires balanced and installed in record time. I drove 45 minutes just to go here and it was worth it. Appreciated the honesty and help not to mention the beyond speedy service. Will return in the future.

Got four Pirelli tires, Victor was amazing and told me about the rebate. Great customer service, great waiting area, great prices!

Was there Monday for a set of tires, found out I needed brakes and had a leaking steering rack. Victor Explained to me what was going on, gave me an estimate, and we set up an appointment to get the work done. Victor very professional in explaining to me what was going and didn’t push me to have anything repaired! Great shop, Great experience! Will return!

Went to this establishment based on the positive reviews on Yelp. Spent 5 hours in their waiting room. New tires led to new brakes that led to a faulty speed sensor for the ABS system. Granted, the original time estimate went out the window with the added issues, but the owner, Victor, treated me, the customer, as if I was responsible for the delay. When the car was finally ready to go, I paid for the service ($1,285) and did not get a "thank you for your business" or an "apology that it took so long". I will never go back to this establishment and certainly hope that if you want to feel like you are an important customer, that you stay away as well. Every customer that spends that kind of money for service deserves a "Thank You". Don't you?

My car broke down due to a flat tire, was towed into Five Points. Victor and Tim were great at finding my tire, getting it there within an hour and a half, and also told me that my brakes needed service. Got it all done there. Fast, competitive, and knowledgeable staff. Also they have a shuttle service that can take you home as long as it is local.

They could have charged me a lot of money for a problem that wasn't there. I dropped off my truck to fix the front end, and it ended up being something else. They could have not told me and I would have never known.

Great shop, Great service, Great prices, Great staff, need I say more. Been a loyal customer for years, and won't go anywhere else.

Thank you 5 point tires. I brought my car in for an alignment, tire rotation, brake check, and oil change. The service exceeded my expectations. My car was done in a very timely manner. I will be coming back for all my needs with my car.

Awesome service called about some Michelin tires for my Buick that another shop said were discontinued, Victor not only told me they were available but got them for me the next day and installed them. Quick, easy, and knowledgeable staff. You can't go wrong! I will be going there from now on!

I have been shopping with Larry Rhodes since he opened in Redwood City, no Larry is older than dirt.now Mark Lewman runs the show and it is still the best, friendliest, and cost effective place to buy tires, brakes, and get good quality service. I like to tire shop and always appreciate the attention given by Jimmy when I am looking. Oh, BTW Larry or Mark may have a really nostalgic ride sitting in the shop to look at.one of those we cruised Kibby's and Marquad"s.

Our family has been going to five points since I learned to walk. Great prices, great service, and quick. Why does anyone ever go to Costco when Five Points is so easy?

We'd live in a different world if every business was run this well! I was calling from out of town with a need that was very important to me but did not represent a lot of money for these guys. Honestly, the type of job that most places would turn away as not being worth their trouble. Not here. Manny was extremely helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for friendly staff, fair pricing and above all excellent quality of work!

Although the shop is tiny don't let that fool you. These guys are fast and efficient, they are easy to communicate with and solid in their pricing. Highly recommend them to anyone!
