Five Star Automotive, Concord CA

I have been using Five Star for many years, Brian and Brian are great. They are honest, knowledgeable, fast and look out for me cost and safety wise.

I rarely take offers from door-knockers. However, a few years ago I purchased a $60 card for oil changes and other services from a new startup mechanic. This panned out to be one of the best purchase decisions I ever made. 5- Star not only lived up to all expectations 100%, but I can truely applaud their consistency and loyality to endorse them as "best mechanic" I've had in over 4 decades of auto ownership.

My family has been using Five Star for years and years. Brian is fantastic and they are budget minded. If work doesn't need to be done right away they are honest about waiting to spread out cost. Thanks Five Star!

Five Star performed a water pump and belt replacement plus did a thorough car inspection in a timely manner. Their work is honest and professional.

The staff at five star automotive is superb. To say they are knowledgeable and friendly would be an understatement. They are also efficient, extremely professional and don’t give you the run around. I would highly recommend!

I was planning to go to the dealership but a coworker and long time customer of Five Star referred me. They were able to get me in right away to replace my front brakes and the pricing was very reasonable. My brakes were done quickly and I had my car back within a few hours! I will definitely be returning for future services!

Brian was able to work in my repair into his busy schedule. He was honest and the best price on the repair. He is my auto service GUY on all my vehicles. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest person who will repair your vehicle at a great price.

I think 5 Star has earned its business title, in spades. I hate to rave about their great service and fair prices because I don't want them to become so busy that they won't have time to service my increasingly needy 20 year old Subaru. BTW they post American cars as their specialty but have performed impeccable work on the three Japanese cars in our family. Finally, and importantly, they always start and finish on time. This is a first in my long experience with auto repairs.

Very professional company, communicated clearly why my check engine light was on and provided a plan on how they were going to fix it. I will definitely be using them again for any car needs

Every time with any problem I turn to 5 star autumotive. I trust them. They always found the solution to any problem I came to them.

This is the second time I have used 5 Star Auto. Both times I stopped by without an appointment. They agreed to work on my car while I waited and completed the work in a timely manner. They are very accommodating and professional. They are also very reasonable price wise.

Five Star Automotive worked on my Dad's Toyota Camery. "Check engine " light came on. We took the car to Five Star Automotive because Brian (owner), had worked on my car before and the experience was great. So naturally I recommended my dad to bring his car to Brian. Brian was very straight to the point and honest with the diagnostic. He gave us options to what we could do and his quotes on the job. We set up an appointment in a week because the shop was pretty booked. But when we dropped the car off that day, Brian fixed the problem. We also needed our brakes fix with resurfacing. Brian also finished that too within the day. Point is, Five Star Automotive deserves "5" STARS. Thank you
