After you go through the wash theres water left all over the car, you have to manually go to there dry station and buy wipes they sell you to dry your car, what a scam

The staff is always friendly here.even in the Santee heat! Prices are good, vacuums work great.and they never refuse when I ask for an extra cleany wipe for the interior of my car.

Carwash is very clean and located next door to a five star Mexican restaurant santinas. They give military discounts and a free dash cloth in protected case. Free vacuum service, free air blower use. Overall an 5 star

My car washed I go straight to this place I love this place with staff is very curious and keep the place clean everything is great.

Fire the workers and hire people who care enough to answer questions on a sale of 100 dollars.

These 2 workers did not answer my questions and just tried to push me through the line, they were extremely un-informed and failed to allow me the time to ask them about the new membership policy I wanted premium but they knew absolutely nothing on how it worked or whatfhe sheet meant, justtake my 13 dollars and move on sort of day.

Sad.

I go here every week to get my car cleaned. You drive your car thru and then can use their free vacuum. It is clean, but I have noticed more water is left on my car then when they first opened. If you don't wipe off your car afterwards you are left with spots. But is is a good deal for the money.

Having driven from Minnesota on vacation, I picked up what you might call a wildlife collection on the front of my car. Including the remains of a bird. The staff gave special attention to the mess. Couldn't tell I had just driven 2000 miles. Awesome unlimited vacuums as well. A great car wash!

Got a full detail and they pretty much just went the inside. The spots were still there after and the seats were soaked. Had to air out the entire weekend.

Excellent vacuums, but the $11 super wash left dirt on the car. The rims and tired came out nice.

You have 3 washes to choose from with prices ranging from $6-$11. You pay for what you get. I always go with the $11 wash and have no complaints. They have approximately 20 free self serve vacuum stalls. This car wash can be very busy and stalls fill up quickly. Lines are typically long but always quick. Great place for a quick wash and vacuum!

Close to home - I usually stop once a week after work to have my car washed.
Even when it's very busy - they get you through in a timely manner.
Reasonable prices.

Rip off now don't go here they raised the price it was an ok deal for the wash you got but no longer worth it!

If I wanted to remove all of the bee droppings (little yellow spots) by hand, I would have saved my $10 and hand washed the car my self. "Spotless rinse" left spots all over my car before I even got to the vacuum. Will not return with either of my cars and definitely will not recommend to my friends and family.

Good bit sometimes when they are in a hurry or have more customers they will just push u throw the rails and won't clean good.

Car wash scratched my car in multiple places and left hardened soap on my hood and tailgate. Would recommend looking at other places to wash your car.

I used to love this place until this past year when the quality significantly dropped. Bought a brand new Jeep and water to take it to this place for the first wash. Everything was fine until we got halfway through the wash and it stopped washing and just pushed me through with soap still covering the jeep. Went back to the front and asked for a re-wash. They said that something broke but it would be up soon. They had me wait and i understood that things happen. They fixed it and had me go back again, except this time after the soap and bubbles drop on the Jeep it stopped and pushed me through. I parked and a staff member came up and said that he thinks it's broke for the day. He said he could refund my money. I asked about what they were going to do about all the blue red and yellow soap caked on my 2 day old bright White Jeep. He said they could find some towels and wipe off the soap and give us a 1 dollar off coupon for the next visit. The guy parked next to me said the workers were laughing at how jacked up the wash made my Jeep look. I asked to speak with manager about being compensated for the cost to get my car washed somewhere else and he said the best he could do is give me my money back and a coupon.
Today I took another car to get it washed and the the wash seemed to be going a a quarter speed with the washer brushes barely spinning and touching the car and the dryer just smearing soap over the car.
From the lack of professionalism of the workers and the wash itself making my vehicles dirtier than when I take it in, I recommend taking your car somewhere else.

Lives up to its name. The $5 basic wash didn't get every last spot (like around the edges of the wing mirrors) but made the car presentable, which was the goal. The real draw here (pun accidental) is access to the row of super vacuums: these things are like hoses attached to jet engines! Great value.
