2 My car sat there for a week before they ever started on any work. They lost my car key. Gil said he could do the job correctly, which they did a shotsy job. Then they couldn't get the rear window into the new convertible top. They were paid for the full.job & I was referred to a couple places to have them install the window that they couldn't install & Gil expects me to pay to have it done when I've already paid him to do it. Now, I've found someone that can put the window in & try to correct some of their errors & I have to take Gil Alvarez to court to have him return a portion of what I paid him to do the full job. I just can't understand his thinking.
Im sure the judge will.
All I want is what I paid for.
Once I dropped off my mini Cooper for replacement of its headliner. They drove it without my permission and crashed the front end of it.
