Fix Auto did a great job. I was able to get my car before the expected return date. My car came back looking great!

I will be calling Philip to ask why the sudden rush for my wife to pick up her BMW after keeping it nearly a week longer than necessary and then rushing her out the door when the there were "solvent pops" in the paint work and over spray on the BMW emblem as a result of poor wormanship with masking off that which was not supposed to be painted.

Since this review the PROBLLEM HAS WORSENED. After taking the car to the BMW dealership and paying $490, for FIX's incomtetence which incidently the BMW delearship had identified as FIX's inability to preserve a battery while they were UNFIXING body damage and negling the electrical system, it was discovered when a new battery was installed that FIX FAILED to connect the turn signal wire and now there's no operational turn right signal. FIX is incompitent, uncaring, and treats the elderly with wanton disrespect. My wife and I will be paying BMW another $450.to unFIX what FIX screwed up as a result of their insane recklessness and need to move "customers" in and out like cattle. I've no doubt they will offer to FIX what they unFixed. Can I trust them to FIX their mounting screw ups? No, they CAN'T BE TRUSTED. The worst part of it all, from my perspective, is my wife who is 69 years old and a special education teacher with the LANCASTER SCHOOL DISTRICT was bullied into picking up her car late in the day after a gruelling day and was told to go to a nearby auto shop for a new battery by PHILIP who is a person who should know auto part stores cannot instal BMW batteries because they need to be programmed to the electrical system. The end result my wife was late for work teaching children in need. FIX AUTO cannot be trusted and if you do decide to let them work on your car, I can only offer you my pity well in advance. FIX AUTO you are bad people!

It looks really good very professional. I really cannot elaborate because a fog light was re attached to the bumper. Only time will tell. But it does look really good and very professional!

I can't even give a star on this disaster. I am an elderly woman who took my perfectly functional BMW in for body work. They rushed my vehicle out the door 3 days early because they ran my battery dead. They tried to tell me the battery notice was there when I brought it in. That was a lie. Because of the make of my car only BMW can replace the battery, something they should have known but they tried to send me to an auto shop down the road at 4: 15 in the afternoon knowing the battery was dead. So here I am on Saturday spending my day off and $500 out of my pocket to replace a battery they destroyed. And that's not the end, once the battery was working another warning light came on, they did not reconnect the right rear turn signal in their hurry to get the car out. Now I have to make another trip back to BMW and pay to fix another of their mistakes. Buyer be ware!

I have taken both my truck and car to Fix Auto in Quartz Hill and will continue to use them for any body repairs. They always do a great job and stand by there work!

Forget having your car restored to factory original condition, the quality is garbage. Management is dishonest, will lie to your face. Will never do business with them again
