Estimated time for repair way to long waited for parts since sep-2022. Mike Fail me. Also I was notify my vehicle was ready only to wait for 3 hours in the lobby to have my company vehicle release was not ready to be release. I was really looking to start service at your location for my fleet vehicles repairs but no more sorry. Also Judith in the front desk must be related to some one in the company, because I don't understand how some with no customer service and a clue of what she is doing can run the front?

Overall the service was very good, best part was the lady’s at the front desk! They are super friendly and ready to help right away! Car came back to me fixed, cleaned and ready to drive:)

They were excellent! The communication on each step of the process was amazing! The front office was so good at customer service and Brian was professional to work with. Very good experience.

My initial experience was not good with the estimator assigned to me but once I informed the Manager Tiffany she went over and above to get my car fixed
in a timely manner.

Return customer for third time and will not use anyone else! Family owned business! Jennifer at fron desk and Mike were beyond awesome! Straight to the point, honest, empathetic. Couldn't ask for better customer service and spot on repairs! Love you guys! New edit 9/2022… service both on customer service, technicians, estimators and management continues to maintain excellent service! Highly recommend! They really care!

I have had my car repaired at this facility on three different occasions. One of the older repairs, I pointed out that some paint was chipping, he assured me the shop will take car of it! I left many messages for Ralph to try and set up the warranty work! He will not return my calls. Every time I call he is with a customer (wink wink). God forbid another accident happens I will NOT Be returning to Fix auto.

Worst experience I ever had in a repair shop. I was never updated on the status of my vehicle.they will tell me they will call me back with an update and they never would. They kept ordering the wrong parts all the time and i waited 4+ months to get my car back

My Tesla was sent there for a repair. They eventually were not able to complete the repair based on not receiving the parts needed from Tesla for 7 months. The car should’ve been totaled by Geico months ago. The admin, Lacey, was great in helping Geico understand why this vehicle needed to be totaled. That you for helping me get the point across to my insurance.

Nothing short of excellent service! Even when my husband was coming every day to check on the car… LOL. The ladies at the front are the perkiest women I’ve ever met. Their contact with insurance companies was excellent and the whole staff just goes over and above. So glad to have my baby back! She looks beautiful️

Beware of this place! Would recommend reading reviews before going to fix auto! This place was nothing but a headache Horrible Communication and service! They had my car for about 4 months (March-July) Found out my car was a total loss in June got my car back in July. It took them 4 months to tell me that my car was a total loss when in fact it should of been Discovered in the beginning when my car got there. They blamed it on other employees that quit why it took so long. Showed up a couple times to find my car sitting in a dirt lot just collecting dust. Constant excuses to why things weren’t getting done even was lied to about them painting the bumper and doing work to the car. I called to get an update and was promised it to be finished every week. My husband called to talk to Ralph and Lacy and was hung up on! Spent over 4K on a rental because they continued to do nothing! Even charged my insurance Outrageous storage fees daily when it was them not Performing! Please don’t respond trying to fix things or apologize I have text messages and emails of everything you promised and said you did when nothing was done!

I took my motorhome here in October of 2020. They told me it would be about two months before the work would be completed. As of today it is still not finished. Two months turned into 20 and still not finished. After speaking with an employee I discovered that I'm not alone with this issue.

If you take your R. V.here don't plan on getting it back anytime soon. My battery died and had to be replaced. My genset had to be serviced because the carb had fouled due to it not being started in months. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place.

Horrible communication throughout the business. I had my vehicle confirmed to be sent there through my insurance, and the day of the drop off they had no recollection that my vehicle was supposed to be there. My insurance called them, and all of a sudden they had the claim in their system. Lacy confirmed and said everything would be worked out, but they forgot that they were completely booked up on repairs. It has been a waste of an entire days time trying to figure out the situation. My experience might be different from everyone else’s, but this is just how mine was before even showing up. They apologized through my insurance and not directly to me, but sorry won’t give me back the time I have wasted in even trying to get my vehicle handled by Fix auto. At this point there is nothing else to talk about since all i will ever really get back is the generic sorry for the inconvenience speech.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had to bring my Mazda here for repairs. (2 separate incidents) The Front desk, Estimator and repair people were all professional, helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this repair shop for anyone with an auto that needs to fixed

The process from beginning to end was seamless with Fix Auto Redlands. Everyone there was helpful and kind. Their follow up with their client is top notch. I dropped off my car on Tuesday afternoon, received a follow up on Thursday and picked up my car Friday. Will definitely recommend their services to friends and family.
