Overall I’m not impressed with Fix Auto. They had my vehicle for almost a week blaming parts shortages for the inconvenience. Ok, I can understand that. But, when they called to inform me the car was finished, they had me sign for it, as if it were finished and that I was satisfied with the work, and then followed up with a confession that it actually wasn’t finished, that one last part was on its way, and to come back in a day or two to have it installed. They never followed up when the part arrived, if it even arrived at all, and had no problem taking my money and my deductible. Frauds. I won’t be back.

When I originally took my car in I had the car 1 month prior to my incident.they gave me a timeline of 2 weeks. The person who was dealing with my case (Angel) kept calling me updating me of the work that was being completed. They changed my pick up date 3 times, twice the same day I was supposed to pick it up and the third with no warning or reason. When I asked for photos of the completed work, I was sent pictures of my car with no work completed and covered in dust after 4 weeks. After a difficult discussion with the rep, my car was ready 4 days later; which raised red flags. When they brought out my car, they weren’t even able to park it before I rejected the work. Not only did the paint have horrible defects, they left my entire car scratched looking like a 5 year old took a belt sander to it. When they took off my front bumper they broke the grill which I called them out on and it needed to be replaced. They lied said they would replace it; just got rework done and had to pay out of pocket because they broke the clips and was informed by the new shop that they were only glued into place; never replaced. I rejected the work 3 times, and even took up conversation with the owner John volpe, eventually even pushing to conversations with the regional manager. Ended up taking my business elsewhere, I’d rather pay exorbitant amounts of my own hard earned money rather then let this unprofessional company string me along.

Worst customer service. I truly would give negative stars if I could. In person they are wonderful but will let a claim just sit there for weeks.you must follow up. Than once you call to see what the hold up is.they will make an appointment. Than two different employees will hear your concerns and promise a call back with the inquired information. Neither one called. Worst customer service I have seen in a while, and this is California.so that is a statement.

Fix Auto employee's are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff constantly provided status about my vehicle throughout the repair process. When I received my car back, I was very pleased with the finished product.

Fix Auto was a great company to use, I was surprised when they clean the inside of my car as well. Very happy with the work.

I had taken my car to collision pros which ended up being a nightmare and they caused more damage to my car! A friend of mine recommended Fix It Auto so therefore I went through my insurance contacted Orlando which he is just amazing and a blessing any concerns I had was taken care of All my questions were answered.picking up my car was as if I was pulling it off the lot for the first time I could not be more excited and I appreciated all that had been done I feel they go out of the way to make sure that you’re comfortable And that your car is in a safe place once again thank you Orlando you’re the best!

Overall a very courteous and professional job done on my son's car. Pricing is fair and they were very upfront about things to consider in the process which allowed me to make my best informed decision. We highly recommend them.

I was treated very well by the employees at Fix Auto everyone was professional and friendly including my initial phone call to fix auto. Orlando was especially nice and kept me informed at all times. I hope I don't need my car repaired again. However, if I do I will not hesitate to give them a call and I would highly recommend them.

I explained the damage to my sprinter van in clear detail and worked out a plan with the technician on how they could paint the panels about bringing my oversized sprinter into the paint booth and once I got there they said they couldn’t do it. Wasted a huge amount of my time and energy. They probably good at their job just not great at communication.

I was referred to Fix Auto as a preferred vendor by State Farm. I worked with Nadine and Claudia and had an excellent experience. I would recommend them to others and work definitely work with them again.

These guys are the best! Absolutely top notch quality work on our body repair job. The turn around time was excellent considering parts had to be ordered from the east coast under Covid conditions. Car was like brand new out of the lot! Shoutouts & props to Consuelo, Claudia, & Angel for stellar customer service and professionalism!

Today I showed up for my appointment to find out how bad the news would be for a minor problem with a door on my Jeep. Long story short, they fixed it immediately, and wouldn't even accept payment. Just pay it forward! Wonderful people, friendly and responsive.

Claudia was amazing. They helped get my car towed after state farm dropped the ball, kept me informed, car was total loss, but these guys are legit. Highly recommend.

I rubbed against another car in a parking lot and reached out to get a free estimate of the repair. Juan emailed back quickly and let me know it looked like transfer paint and he would be able to polish it out for FREE! I was so excited to hear as i was nervous for what had happened! The lady brought her car in this morning and they did an immaculate job! Will be using them again if i ever need them! Thank you!

Juan worked with me directly from the very start, and Claudia worked with me regarding the paperwork. Both were very professional, respectful, courteous, and friendly. Juan was thorough and explained the entire process and the repair time frame, since I was going through my insurance for this repair. Had a great experience here! I was in an accident Monday took my car in to have my bumper replaced on Tuesday and I got my car back that Friday! Extremely friendly customer service with there check ins by txt and all around great service! 100% recommended!

Highly impressed! Fabulous job repairing my vehicle after an accident. The paint job - top notch! Not to mention, my car was returned to me looking like I just bought it off the lot!
