The whole team here at Flair was awesome and super helpful. I had to rush some bed sheets and they helped me by turning them around quickly. Aside from that they were super attentive and polite.

Each and every time I use the Flair cleaners on Montana I am greeted warmly and professionally.my clothes and bedding have been cleaned perfectly. On the very rare occasion that something is not right, they live by their promise to make it right or it is free. I highly recommend Flair on Montana!

I have had account at flair cleaners for going on 25+ years they are professional courteous and will always make it right despite the high-volume traffic they get they have very long-term employees who ensure that my garments are treated with the upmost care and any time there was a problem It was resolved to my absolute satisfaction!

My dry cleaning wasn't ready on time, which was a problem because I had a flight the next day. To their credit, they rushed to get it done by morning, and they gave it to me for free.

Assem and Sonia are so friendly and helpful. I brought in a bunch of clothes for my kids and they quickly helped me get them sorted and cleaned in 3 days! They even have donuts at the front door! Thanks guys!

I took some clothes in for dry cleaning and alterations and they did both exactly as I asked. They even suggested some better ways to alter my jeans that k hadn't thought of! Love this place!

I brought in 3 garments that had been heavily stained with a turmeric mustard. Although the shawl was not salvageable, the jeans and a white jean jacket came out great! I was prepared to have to throw away everything and was delighted with what Flair was able to do. Great job!

This place is incredible! Everyone is so nice, I needed my dry cleaning back in a pinch and even though they quoted me one time, once I mentioned I needed it back faster they made it happen. I highly recommend coming here!

I really wasn’t crazy about my experience at flair cleaners. My husband and I used to go there and they didn’t have either of our phone numbers in the system. So I had to start over with them. Then the lady taking my order wasn’t very friendly. She wrote the wrong number of items for my order. Then corrected it after I mentioned it. Upon pickup a few days later, even though my order was scheduled to be ready, the guy told me it wasn’t ready. He was mistaken and someone else helped him find my order. The bill came to $22 for one item for dry cleaning and 3 laundered shirts with a coupon. Seems expensive. And customer service was not very friendly or great.
