It is what it is. Pretty good. Not sure I would call it healthy, but it's healthier than most places. They're quick and efficient most of the time. The tofu is great but takes a bit longer. I just don't understand what you have to get through the tipping screen to pay. This is like the opposite of service, a step up from self service.

I'm not sure which I like more.the friendliness of the staff behind the counter or the freshness of the food. Both are excellent! And, while it is a quick in and out, it is healthy "fast food. " And there you go!

Hubby and I stopped at this strip mall restaurant in the busy Ralph's shopping center. It did not disappoint. We were very hungry and in a hurry. I had the chicken veggie bowl on brown rice, he had a mini chicken bowl. Service was very fast, food was hot and fresh, and very tasty. Plenty of chicken, mixed veggies and delicious brown rice. I was afraid to try the hot sauces but the "magic" sauce was perfect for me, kind of a teriyaki sauce with soy sauce, mild. (My food was very bland without sauce - you will want to top your meal with one of the sauce choices.)

First time here and I gotta say there tofu bowl was very good just wish there was more rice and not so much cabbage in the bowls. Definitely would come back again.

Wow. I joist bouth a tofu bowl and worker started deep cleaning right after I settled to eat. I don’t like chloroform smell. Don’t come here to enjoy your meal!

For quick service food, fairly healthy. They have a ton of different combinations you can make. My favorite is the beef bowl. Fresh, good vegetables too. Try the magic sauce!

I don't know who the new younger cashier is, but what a joke. I order the same thing every time, she never understands what I'm talking about until I physically point at the menu and she mumbles responses thru her mask, but took it off to yell to someone outside. Went there the other day and she starts taking my order, no idea what I said obviously because she repeats something totally different. So I slow it down, point and repeat. They call my order number being ready, I go back to the counter she just threw my food on top of a bag, I asked is this mine? Yep! I had to reach over the counter and bag my own food, grab a fork and I just walked out feeling angry. I haven't been back since! I hate terrible customer service, I don't care how good your food is. 2 stars for what they used to be -3 for my latest experience.

Terrible customer service. This is the second time, cashier has the worst attitude. Doesn’t even ask if it’s a dine-in or takeout order. If you don’t wanna work there just quit. You should treat every customer like it’s their first time there. Garbage

Food is good I enjoy eating flame broiler. Today though I ordered from here in ubereats and a few minutes into me eating im eating on a strand of hair, it was pretty long too, not pleasant.

When I was in line to pick up my order, I witnessed one employee being rude and very unprofessional to the customer in front of me. I was surprised because the customer was being very patient and not even saying anything wrong, the cashier just looked not prepared to deal with any little inconvenience. Food was good

Great food but horrible service. Multiple times they get order wrong. Ordered EXTRA veggies and ended up getting the complete opposite…literally 0 veggies. How do you make a mistake like that? Good food, just make sure to double check it every order before you get in your car and drive home.

Flame broiler is a simple spot for a to go meal of terriyaki chicken, tofu or beef on top of rice or a combo plate which includes steamed vegetables (cabbage, corrots, broccoli) amd cabbage salad.   It was tasty and under ten bucks.

One of my preferred spots for quality cheap food. It was so delicious. Service is consistently great. The place has a good atmosphere. Ambience reminds me of San Diego's scene.

I ordered thru DoorDash the other night. I got two bowls beef and chicken with veggies. I like having green onion in my bowls too which they add for free. I did call and request extra magic sauce and my order arrived exactly as requested. Really good customer service. I highly recommend.

Good value. Healthy, fresh and fast. Wished that veggies were cut a little smaller and hot sauce wasn’t too vinegary. But that’s just my personal opinion. It was still delicious and I enjoyed my meal a lot.

I always order the regular bowl with veg, brown rice, beef, and EXTRA green onions! Delicious! And dont forget the MAGIC SAUCE

Flame Broiler is always healthy, consistently high quality food. You can order half and half bowls. Call ahead to avoid waiting in line and for easy pickup and take out. The tofu is a great option, as are the mini bowls when you just want a smaller meal option. The beef is super tender.
