Flame Broiler, Bakersfield CA

This is my favorite flame broiler in town. The people in there are very nice and the place is very clean. I would definitely come here again.

I have visited this location so many times not once have I ever had a problem with my food, the food would come outstandingly delicious. Customer service was an A+

This is easily the best Flame Broiler in Bako. Everyone was so nice and respectful and plus the food is great. I love the chicken and white rice with magic sauce. It makes for great protein and carbs after my workouts. Overall great experience

Worst flame broiler in Bakersfield. The service was extremely bad. I went on Sunday 10/15/23 around 11: 30 am. I didn't catch the young man's name, but he was really rude. He made remarks about charging me more for no reason. He was Loud and cursing openingly. The food was okay but overall Very poor experience. They should train their employees to have some respect for their guests. Never going back to that one again.

Food good. But seems like they are counting napkins. I ordered spicy chicken and server was counting chicken in the scoop.

I ate here yesterday just by chance, I was actually looking for another place when I saw flame broilers, im glad I did, the food was delicious, the Mongolin beef was absolutely wonderful, we also got a plate of the chicken which tasted like it had been in a trager, a ton of smokey flavor, me and the family will definitely be driving out here more often just for the beef, the place was very clean and the staff were very friendly!

Went into flame broiler on gosford and white lane, I come here a lot because the service is great and the food taste different it’s very good. This is my new favorite location!

The service was fine but they are charging $10 more for the exact same family meal I order from the location off Brimhall & Allen.

Best Flame Broiler in town. So nice, and I don't feel bad asking for no carrots or white meat chicken (unlike some of the other locations that roll their eyes when I ask). ALSO, they handled an angry customer SO WELL! The guy did not know how to order a plate. They explained it once while they were making it and another time while he was paying. He said he understood every time! He GRABBED the plate out of their hand when they said they were waiting for beef to cook. Then, he stormed back in cursing up a storm because they was no beef and demanded a refund. The employees handled it super well, which really earned my respect. The food is delicious too!

Customer service has always been great. Food is fresh and high quality. I love the food and prices are reasonable. Establishment is very clean and tables are neatly set up and sanitized. Their salsa bar and drink area is also very clean and organized. Overall this place is 5/5 for me!

I love that my food is ready when I make an online order and they call me to reassure I have the correct location. I did have an error on one of my orders I called and spoke w manager and she took of my order and I appreciate that.
