I love the food here! It’s so fresh and delicious every time I visit. And employees are always friendly. Not sure why this place has bad reviews.

Worse place to eat, found animals in worst place to eat I came here and bought two double plates and ordered them to take away when I got home my children decided to eat the salad but before opening my youngest son said that there were some animals inside and they were jumping, I contacted the store and explained to them the situation, which the person who helped me, Karla, told me that nothing is wrong, that it is super normal to find these animals in the salad and that it happens frequently, I was very surprised by what she answered. I think I should be happy that they didn't charge me for the extra insects. Definitely won't come back to this place.

Food is always good but now they have someone that tends the register that you can’t really understand and the lady cook always forgets something and she always in a bad mood that’s why lots of us stop going there. The location at gosford

The Worst customer service experience ever. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. The cashiers. The worst. I asked for my money back. The girl said.we don't do refunds. They never apologized. Gave me attitude. Gave excuses as to why i waited 30 minutes. First and last time.

We ordered a takeaway through their website through Doordash and ordered the double plates. Both mine and my husband's fries were not on the order. Food was okay. My husband enjoyed his.

If i could give no stars I would, very bad service, Rude and disrespectful, I was given the wrong order and they wouldn’t correct the order. I had to re-purchase the order the employee Karla has earpieces in her ear. She made a mistake and ordered wrong and double charged me to correct it.will never eat here again. I asked to speak to the owner and was told she doesn’t come around. The employees are fighting amongst each other throwing pots, They had a mop right by the tables, place is dirty and that is a health and safety violation Caution beware of this people rip off.

Ive cooked 4- 47 yrs & have an idea of how food should taste. Ordered this for a cooking break/save $$ from panni kabob grill. Freaking food was horrible pay for what you get. 1) the chicken kabobs were burnt & horribly dry no, seasoning
2) Humus didn't taste like humus.all my experience in cooking I cant figure out what it was made of. 1 of my sides, grilled vegetables, were boring & dry.
Ordered pd. 4 extra garlic sause. BUT It tasted like a mix of oil & cheap ranch dressing no garlic flavor @ all
Garlic sauce is simple.made of olive oil, garlic lemon & salt. How do you mess that up?
HORRIBLE food! Never go back! Pay 9 $ more 2 get panni kabob grill where the meat U order is moist & delicious, & hummus tastes like humus!

Horrible customer service, food tasted nasty and soaked in vinegar - we complained about it and they would not give refund or fix order without a new order.

First off food seems to be getting more and more burnt as the days go. Second, lady that was such in a rush to get our order when place was literally not busy at all, got our order wrong. Rice tastes too minty for some odd reason. And the hummus is trash.

Even going close to closing time, I still got the same great service, delicious food and a very clean place!

My mother in law went and picked up food for our dinner. They honestly served us raw meat and ruined our dinner.meat looked so disgusting. Very disappointed.we called to talk to manager one of their employee wants to argue.we will never go back actually this used to be our whole family place to go to eat. I don't know if management changed or what happened?

I really like the food. I get the chicken kabob plate with double greek salad and hummus.
I always have to check the order when it's ready before leaving because they tend to forget something in my salad.
This location is clean and quiet. The service is good. However, it tends to get really busy in the evenings and may take longer to get your food.

Good food but took a while to get my lunch. Not good when you are on a 30 minute. I recommend calling the order in.

They messed up our order and the food was not seasoned well and it did not taste good it is a scam for 14.95 per plate
