I called Carlos to get a quote for moving my restaurant equipment from the location I was closing to my new location. He quickly got a very competitive quote over to me and we booked the day. When the movers, RJ and Andres, arrived they were extremely efficient. They took excellent care of my very expensive equipment in both the removal and redeposit. Very personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this business for any moves you might have.

Carlos and George were great! Very fast, efficient, flexible. Able to get the job done quickly and smoothly despite some difficulties with the building I was moving from and to. Everything was wrapped and items were handled with care. Would highly recommend them for your next move.

Packing Day was very thorough and detailed. It was very helpful being packed with a newborn at hand. Moving day went smooth, but felt a bit rushed which caused items to be situated in different rooms. George, Andres, Lou and RJ were helpful and went out of their way to ensure we didnt need any further moving of items. Overall, a successful moving experience!

The owner, Carlos Diaz, is a misogynist and entirely unprofessional.

We contracted him for partial packing and moving services in March 2023. I was dissatisfied with both services.

Bottom line: many special items including furniture were damaged upon delivery and I was treated abusively by one of his employees.

When I tried to work with Carlos to arrive at appropriate compensation for the damages, he never took ownership for the problems nor did he apologize for my negative experience with his personnel.

His methodology is inconsistent and his employees are a mixed bag. Some respectful and competent and just as many are inexperienced and clumsy. One man was verbally abusive towards me in front of my three young children.

I sent Carlos a professional email outlining the issues I had and his response was to ignore me for a week. When I circled back, I was met with disrespect. Yet when my husband insisted that they repair a hole they put in the wall, it was handled professionally.

Ultimately, Carlos offered me a brusk acknowledgement that items "may" have been damaged and a check for the arbitrary amount of $420 which doesn't begin to ameliorate the offensive experience nor does it cover the replacement cost for my broken items.

Moving is stressful enough. Please don't expose yourself to being disrespected on top of everything.

My move was yesterday from OC to SD. Andres and Tiko called in advance to give their ETA and arrived right on time and got straight to work. They were kind, professional and incredibly careful with my boxes and furniture. And they moved everything into my new place with just as much care. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get things in and out. Flat Bid Movers are the best of the best and the only movers I would use in the future or recommend to friends and family.

We got in touch with Flat Bid Moving through Mi-Box Storage. Faith [Mi-Box] suggested that we call Carlos [Flat Bid Moving] for a company that would cater to our needs. We wanted a company that would move furniture to a storage unit that might be on our driveway for one month or six months, depending on if our HOA started to breath down our necks. Construction took six months and Flat Bid returned to move the furniture back into the house, as well as to move the furniture in the house to new locations within the house. Some of our furniture, like two wooden heavy executive desks were difficult to move [one of them damaged a wall when initially moved by a different company], and we have a narrow stairway, so we thought we'd need three people, but Carlos figured that two would work and he sent the right two: Josh and RJ. They spent a few hours moving the furniture here and there and were super-duper responsive to changes in locations during the move. Hats off to Carlos and his team. Great job and thanks a bunch.

We just did a move last week with these guys and they really did a great job.

There are in time with a crew of 7 people ready to go. We were moving into a brand new house with wood floors. Their team did not damage anything and the move was flawless.

I would recommend these folks highly. For note, their pricing was in the middle of the pack and for our move (larger house, etc) it was competitive and worth more tha. Lower bids due to their care of your items.
