I have been shopping at Fleet Feet for years. They have consistently great service and selection. I have never experienced a problem in the 25 years I have been shopping at Fleet Feet.

Great customer service. Tried a few shoes that were suggested took some home and will be returning as my issue is still ongoing with my feet. Will give it another go for a different pair. That's the good thing you can try out exchange within 60 days.

I just have had some great people help me. We didn’t feel rushed at all. When there are so many employees in the store it makes it easy to relax.

Went in yesterday and did the foot measurements and they fit me with a pair of shoes and after wearing them today my foot feel so much better.

I went in for an assessment and it was a great experience. The team member who helped me took her time to make sure I understood what type of shoe would work best for me. She showed me different ways to lace my shoes. She let me try multiple pairs to see what felt most comfortable. I had my young daughter with me and she included her in the entire process which kept her focused and engaged and I loved that. It really helped me to not feel rushed.

Had a great experience at Roseville store. Sales person Vanessa was very knowlegeable and spent 90 minutes educating me and finding me 3 different pairs of shoes that all fit so perfectly it was amazing! Especially considering all my disabilities, and also my leg and foot problems. I highly recommend this store!

Your staff member is with you through the search of those perfect shoes. I would have given five stars if the shoe selection had more of the color options in store. They did however offer to ship straight to your home in just a few days. Also, they have a great satisfaction guarantee.
Overall, the go to place for difficult and painful feet.
