Environment/ambience: nice, quiet. Upscale but casual dress. TVs by the bar, no sound. Wasn't too crowded.
Service: was great. He came by pretty often, provided suggestions.
Food: we had the Tomahawk special; comes with 2 salads, 2 sides, and 2 desserts. Sides: Onion Rings and Lobster Mac & cheese. Dessert: Creme Brulee and Chocolate gooey butter cake (didn't try). Everything was good; was kinda disappointed the tomahawk was only 8 pieces but it was good.
Cost: $179 for the special + drinks = $212 + tip.

The service was excellent Susan is just the best waitress begging to end. I highly recommend this restaurant. Delicious food. Worth every penny.

Went to Flemmings on July 11 for my birthday. Service was excellent but food wasn't. I ordered the lobster tail dinner. One tail was just ok, the other was small, an unusual pink color, and so salty I couldn't eat it. Flemming's replaced that tail with another. It looked great, but then, that was very salty as well. All in all, the dinner was totally unacceptable. The manager offered to cover my birthday dessert. But I will never go back there again. No excuse for such poor quality. When the manager spoke to chef about it, the chef just replied that " you know, it does come from the salt water in the ocean. " I've gotten lobster tails from a very casual restaurant in Malibu many, many, times. They are always sweet and delicious!

My experience has been terrible. Tried multiple times to buy a gift card for my step daughters birthday. First they charged me double the amount. (600.00) and didn't send her the card. Then rejected the purchased and refunded me the money. Called and got no help from the restaurant. They did send me a credit card authorization form which I'm not comfortable doing. Got a call from corporate (Florida number) left a message no return call.
Wife tried again a week later with no success. All we wanted is to surprise my step daughter with a gift card. Is that really difficult.

The service was perfect and it was an excellent meal. We were there on a Sunday and it was half empty, which was fine. The kid meal has a very grown up mac and cheese. My child didn't like it. We took it home for my son, so we couldn't exchange it. Very enjoyable dining experience.

Delicious steak, impeccable service, animated venue, perfect for a special occasion. It was my husband's birthday and a thoughtful manager offered us chocolates after dessert. Will definitely go back.

Dinner was no surprise amazing! Had lobster bisque, lobster tails. Service was great! Bartender made me a specific drink I wanted and it was perfect! Chocolate martini.so good!

We were seated promptly for our 6: 00PM reservation. Our table was decorated for our anniversary which was a pleasant surprise. When making the reservation it did ask what the occasion was, but did not expect that. Our waiter was friendly and very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Food was delicious and atmosphere was nice. Highly recommend this establishment.

Service was excellent, Steak however was mediocre at best, they claim to serve Prime New York Strip.it doesn't taste Prime to me.could not taste any marbling. I have had better steaks from the supermarket.very disappointed at this price point

Had the tomahawk. It was cooked to perfection. It was enough for three people. Nice environment for business or pleasure.

Gonna get straight to the point and say this, the food is delicious! We ordered the sea bass, the bone in ribeye, the dry aged ribeye, mashed potatoes with lobster, Mac and cheese with lobster, onion rings, and brussel sprouts. I also added the diablo shrimp and seared pork belly to my steak and everything tasted really good! We ended our meal with a chocolate lava cake, also delicious! Service is great too, we actually had our cake comped because of the wait and our server was really nice, friendly and courteous. Definitely coming back for more. If you have yet to try this place, give it a shot. Keep in mind it is on the pricey side but it's worth it, especially when you taste the food.

Like last visit was phenomenal. Service on point, food to die for, and great atmosphere. We had the ribeye and chicken that was cooked perfectly. We also had the amazing Flemings potatoes and Mac n cheese. It is worth every dollar.

First time to a Flemings and absolutely blown away. Came with friends for my birthday and our waiter Liam was beyond amazing. The friendliest and most attentive and talkative service I've ever experienced and not at all overly invasive or noisy. He was fun and just great all around. The food was delicious but I would definitely come back to see Liam!

The food was great and the staff was superb. We visited close to closing time and our food was still delicious and quick. The waiter attended to us like he wasnt in a rush to get home and we really appreciated it. I will definitely visit again and maybe even sit outside and enjoy some drinks and a steak. Also the lobster was tender and seasoned perfectly.

100% worth every penny! Starter of bread and delectable cheeses was a great start. Try either or go wild and mix the 2 together for a beyond flavor. Steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection! Sea bass was glistening and flavorful. It combined so well with the spinach and citrus. I actually stole multiple bites from my husband's plate. Mac & Cheese is the BEST side dish. I could eat a whole pot of it. Fleming's potatoes and asparagus were seasoned well but the Mac & Cheese stole the show.

Customer service was wonderful. Server James was very attentive and knowledgeable. He recommended the best dishes!

All in all, I'm 100% coming back!

I ordered the "MAIN FILET MIGNON", mashed potatoes, Asparagus and 35oz Prime Tomahawk. The steaks were over cooked. I asked for medium and the steaks were over seared. The steaks were crunchy they were so over cooked. Asparagus and potatoes were good but not great for the price. After dropping almost $600 I expected more.

Went after a bad experience elsewhere! Had an amazing dinner and even better service. Bianca took great care of us and went well above and beyond. She had a great attitude and went out of her way to make sure we had a fantastic meal. She was so attentive and paid great attention to each detail. Thank you Bianca for your service. We will go back because of you!
