It was not a happy day to find out my Mercedes electronic steering wheel lock went out and only Mercedes can fix ouch! It was a $1600 bill.

However Randy my service advisor was so professional on how he handled my needs. He even ordered me an uber to get me home. I just had my other car not a Mercedes leave another dealership just a week ago.let's just say it's a Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep dealer my experience was night and day. It does make a difference on the quality service you receive Fletcher Jones is the gold standard.

Not happy with the bill but cant blame Mercedes-Benz. Unfortunately my Mercedes is 9 years old with over 100k miles hope this helps you with the decision on if you should use Fletcher Jones for service.

I wasn’t going to say or post anything but I have too. My first experience here was bad. My sales agent constantly try to get me to buy a car like his A glc, a beautiful car, definitely something I did not want. Saying it’s all we could afford with no paper work. He kept pushing my wife and I to buy. So we left. Second time the gentlemen that helped me was very helpful I believe his name was Jesse. But once we got to his manager, he came and took one look at me and said good bye. I laughed as I walked out because it seems, I don’t fit a certain description to drive a certain car. I know we are in Orange County but there’s really no excuse. I only let that one sales agent know, I am Marine/disabled veteran. He looked just as disappointed as I did. He was ready to make the sale. I definitely can afford most cars here with a credit score over 700 and I make more than enough. I really feel it’s because I am African American. I am not from Orange County, I been around the whole world. So I know when people are treating me different. I just want to say never judge a book by its cover, seems no one told them. My whole family is in the federal government and what if it was my brother a federal agent and I here. That would look very bad. You guys should try and work on that to be aware of who might come by. Always be prepared at my job I had to talk to receptionist cause he gave everyone attitude. Not knowing that attorney general comes by. So I am not mad I am give you guys 1 more shot. After that if I feel the same. I’ll never go again or I might just go with my little brother to show him how you guys work.

I did not have a pleasant experience with my out-of-state purchase. Deal felt rushed and pressured. I was charged more than the price that was quoted to me for the vehicle. I was promised a souvenir hat for doing business with the dealership and never received that. It's taking more than the prescribed 20 days for the dealership to forward the required information to VRT so it can be processed through the DMV. I was never provided a status update. I have to call or email customer support to get answers. The staff is helpful, and there's no follow-up. I will never do business with this Dealership ever again. I'm happy with the car, but I with the customer service was better.

Was promised a free Mercedes hat for our younger sister since we were purchasing a brand new Benz, was given the hat and saw that it was added on the car loan principal. Other than that they had good general customer service.

I bought my wife a certified E400 Convertible as a gift for her Birthday from this dealership. I bought a certified vehicle because of the many checks they "purportedly" do on these vehicles to ensure they are in great running condition for years to come. You pay more for this, but I was willing to pay for peace of mind. On top of this, I bought a 5 year warranty on the vehicle for around $4500. I did not read the fine print upon what is and is not covered. Big mistake. Another mistake I made was purchasing a certified vehicle from these guys for security when there really is none. Let me explain: Less than six months into ownership of the vehicle, the battery went dead. We had it brought into Fletcher Jones and they said we needed a new one and needed to pay almost $500 to replace it (Apparently they stuck us with the same 3+ year old battery the car came with new when they sold it to us). I told the service rep that they should have replaced the battery with a new one if the vehicle was certified. I also told him we had paid for the upgraded warranty, but he told me "It's not covered under your warranty. " I called up the warranty fulfilment department and told them I wanted to cancel my extended warranty, which I was told I could do and that they would give me the unused prorated portion of my warranty back if I did so. Not more than one hour after I did this, the service rep called back to tell me they would take care of the battery. WOW! Guess they determined the money they made on the warranty was more important than the money they would lose on the battery. Given their handling the issue to my satisfaction, I kept the warranty in place. Now, five months later and less than a year of ownership into the car, the computer battery has failed. Again, it is the same story of them keeping the same old battery in an over three year old car instead of replacing it with a new one (Something they should absolutely do if they want to call the car "certified"). Now I have to pay an additional $400 for this battery and they won't budge on it. In short, if you buy certified from Fletcher Jones, be aware that they don't put new batteries in their "certified" vehicles. Don't buy the extended warranty and waste your money. They will get money from you one way or another with their hidden fine print. Very disappointed in this dealership and the "certified" SUV I was planning on purchasing here in the near future will certainly be purchased elsewhere. In the end, we both lose.

Will never do business with them again. Changed the deal during the process and refused to even come close to making amends.

The customer service is amazing. The valet, service advisors, car rental agents, phone staff, sales staff, and management - everyone is friendly, courteous and super helpful.

2016 G550 32k miles.leaking drip of oil every few days for months. Couldn't take in for service because of covid and bc it's so hard to schedule appt! CPO exp in 2/2021. I have an extended warranty through MBUSA. I tell the service advisor that the car has been babied.not off-roaded and he has the gall to say that I should have driven the car harder and that the cars tend to do better.

Long story short rear main seal has a leak. This would normally be covered under the extended warranty, but of course Fletcher Jones Motorcars found a way to try and not cover it. They are saying both. BOTH the left and right oil separators have gone bad (before 32k miles on the car.this is unheard of) and because these oil separators are not covered under the Mercedes extended warranty, they will not cover any of the repair. They want me to pay 7k dollars for a car that is driving great, no check engine light, not burning of oil.

I asked the service manager how they know the oil separators went bad first.maybe the rear main seal failed leading to the oil separators going bad and he said "I don't have a crystal ball. " Problem is he's presenting this story to Mercedes Benz North America and therefore they are denying the claim.

Truly disgraceful. Be weary of servicing here. I have a car out of CPO warranty which would normally cover everything (this expired around 6 months ago.leak was happening then as well) and I purchased a Mercedes warranty on top of it. Good to know Fletcher Jones and Mercedes really stand behind their vehicles.

Don’t trust the deal
I agreed on a car that I picked out and had them submit as a new build
Agreed on monthly and put down payment
This was back in February
Over several months inquiring about when the car would come in no mention that the deal had changed
10 days prior to final delivery which was 6 months after order was placed I was told that my monthly would be $200 more than agreed price
Now I can’t afford the car and don’t have fall back plan

Left my car to get serviced and no one bothers to call for an update + when i tried to call it had taken over 6 attempts for them to finally answer just to tell me that they'll reach me back when someone is available. This place was great at first but now the way they are working is unprofessional and very poor to not even offer decent customer service. I will most likely have to stop coming here unfortunately due to the inconvenience and terrible customer service/communication.

Alex Kniazuk is phenomenal! He took
amazing care of me and made sure I got the best deal on my service and tires. He is very knowledgeable and very empathetic to the fact that I was on a tight budget. You can tell he loves helping people and not taking advantage of them which has been the case when I dealt with BMW. If you are looking for honest & dependable go see Fletcher Jones!
Thanks,

I called several times to make an appointment and was always on hold. I tried to chat and left a message and nobody returned my inquiry. I finally managed to get someone on the phone and scheduled a loaner as well. My advisor was not in that day. Some stressed out advisor Tony rushed me through the process told me I can’t have a loaner. Basically I’m out of luck. Needless to say the customer service is more than subpar in this location. I usually go to the Mercedes South Bay in Torrance but I recently moved so it was a bit inconvenient- but there is no comparison between those two dealerships. Very disappointed and will def not bring my business to them.
